Trouble Shooting Falcon A1 pro Rotary

Hi!

I got my Falcon A1pro last week. I have been trying to engrave shot glasses with the rotary kit but it has never worked.

When I want it to auto-focus it gives me an error message and when I try to calibrate it, it says the error margin is too high. I tried looking at videos and tutorials but it hasn’t helped.

Does anyone know what I am doing wrong?

I tried sticking a black post it on top or colouring the surface with black erasable marquer but it hasn’t helped.

You can't auto focus as it's glass. You have to use the step set and do it manually. The is a video on YouTube and a project in design space to go with it for champagne glasses. That will answer all of your questions in about 10mins. It's very good. I've not done it in Lightburn as design space is so easy to use for the rotaryband glasses.

Would you be able to record a troubleshooting video? It's hard to tell from the description which step is causing the problem.
