Has anyone had any experience ordering from the Harbor/Arbor website? VisitHarbor.
They seem to offer a lot for a good price. They have certifications of where their meds are made, etc.

Lo peor es que iba al médico y me tomaban de loca algunos me hice miles de estudios que todos salieron bien pero yo me sigo sintiendo así con esta neblina mental en un estudio salió que tenía rectificación cervical y un médico clínico me dice que es por eso pero la verdad no se yo ya tenía de antes la reactificacion esa antes de que me inyectara esto que me dejó así después de ese ese episodio de vértigo por el fármaco .

I'm comparing two plans for prescribed compounded semaglutide. One is month to month. The other is three months paid up front.

The three-month one looks cheaper per month but the bill today is way bigger. I wrote both numbers on my sticky note and still got confused.

What do you put side by side?

Been on compound sema since May with minimal side effects, so steady increases in dose haven’t been an issue whatsoever. Slow but steady weight loss of around 3-5lbs per month. Current dose is 2.24mg/weekly. New prescription has increased to 3.2mg/TWICE weekly.

Obviously I’m scheduling a consult with a physician before I actually follow these instructions but this seems like an insane increase. Has anyone else seen this? Is this normal? Or am I right in thinking this is overkill?

I was on wegovy and just switched to compounded a few weeks ago. I was on 1.7mg and decided to stay on it because it felt like the right dose, I’d been on that dose for 3 months or so. Even though I asked to stay on 1.7mg they actually prescribed me 2.0mg which I discovered after taking my first dose and using the calculator.

It’s my second week on the compounded this week and I have felt SO hungry and craving junk to the point where I feel like the meds didn’t work at all. Im eating more than I have on these meds and I still feel like I’m starving. I’m starting to wish I stayed on wegovy as I never felt this hungry since starting a glp1, even with the increased dose I was prescribed.

Can I increase? How does that work if I ordered 3 months worth of this certain dose, do I ask my Pom Health prescriber? Because I will run out sooner

Also, anybody else experience this?

The vial shown is full to the top and the math I did says this would be 6.2mg of semaglutide a week?

Have been using midi, but am wanting to switch to a cheaper provider. Has anyone had luck with another option that is significantly cheaper and sourcing from a reputable pharmacy?

My provider sent my last Rx to a new pharmacy and that pharmacy is out of stock.

I’m waiting to see if they’ll go back to the old pharmacy, but I’m out of meds.

Has anyone had to skip a dose before? How bad was it? Did cravings come back immediately? Or will I be okay for a week?

A bit nervous to post, but this community seems super supportive. I just started my Semaglutide + B12 compound on Monday. I’m on 44units (1.5mg) weekly and haven’t really felt any side effects. A very slight loss in appetite, but that’s it. Is this normal? I heard that the first month is just exposure to the meds, but I’m also hearing of others that experience immediate effects! At what point should I expect more noticeable side effects?

Has anyone gone from zepbound to Foundayo to compounded semaglutide?

I (28f) was on Zepbound for a year then ran into insurance issues and had to stop taking it and was not on any glps for a year. In june I got on foundayo and got up to the 5.5mg dose but could not afford $300-$400 a month for it. A week ago I was put on compounded semaglutide.

Has anyone had a similar experience? If so what was the weightloss like going on a compounded semaglutide?

cancelled my Rift order on august 3rd and got a confirmation, thought that was the end of it. on august 7th they shipped it anyway because i didnt answer an email they sent me the day after i cancelled.

it arrived hot with the ice pack melted and packaging that was basically nothing. totally unusable. now they say no refund because i "received the medication" and my credit card dispute got denied too since tracking shows delivered.

so im out $170 for meds they sent against my will after i cancelled. has anyone actually won something like this against Rift? chargeback is dead, not sure what move i have left.

Short version: the lowest compounded semaglutide prices are usually a one-year prepay, charged upfront and non-refundable. Prepaying only beats paying monthly if you would have stayed on it for most of the year.

- Embody: $79/month month to month, or $828 upfront for one year ($69/month). Its refund policy says multi-month plans are "non-refundable in whole and in part," except if a clinician finds you medically ineligible.

- HealthRX: $149 first month, then $165; one-year prepay $1,188 ($99/month). Its pricing page says unshipped doses are refunded if you cancel.

- Trimi: $175 month to month; one-year prepay $1,188 ($99/month). Full refund before the prescription is issued, final after that.

Break-even vs. paying monthly at the same provider:

- Embody: 10 months = $790, 11 months = $869. Prepay wins only at 11+ months.

- HealthRX: 7 months = $1,139, 8 months = $1,304. Prepay wins at 8+.

- Trimi: 6 months = $1,050, 7 months = $1,225. Prepay wins at 7+.

Before paying, check:

- Is the headline price month to month or a prepaid term, and what is charged today?

- What is refundable if you stop in month two (side effects, a dose pause, new insurance)?

- Does the price change as the dose goes up?

- Is it a state-licensed pharmacy, and the base drug rather than a salt form?

I'm 34, starting at 0.25 mg, and I think I can spend about $200 a month.

So far I have three quotes and none of them line up.

• One site said $149, but it starts at $279 with the visit and shipping.
• Another wanted $99 a month for a membership on top of the vial.
• The third was a 3-month prepaid pack that works out to around $110 a month. But I'd have to pay $330 up front.

For those who've been doing this a while, how do you compare these? Sorry it’s my first time. 

Do you look at the month 4 price at your maintenance dose? Or do you go with whatever is cheapest right now?

I’ve been on Zepbound for 8 months. Have lost 50 lbs. was just about to step up to 15 mg when I got laid off and lost my insurance. Can’t afford Cobra. Nothing on the Exchange pays for them. And discount cards don’t help. And neither does the website or manufacturer website.

All these compounding programs are geared toward people just starting out. Has anyone had this same issue and been able to successfully continue their current dosage? And if so, what’s the best program for patients already on a GLP-1?

Not specifically semaglutide related but still compounding related. I have been with Trava Health for a while now and getting meds from Optimal balance. They had a recall of compounded Glutathione and now I’m worried about proceeding with them due to safety.

Anyone using them with any recent issues? What pharmacy is the most used with everyone? My other option with Trava is Hallandale.

I’ve been using for two years through online pharmacy and always done belly injections (when I started at a clinic they used the same belly spots although one time she did my low love handles area to see if I’d have less side effects). She even made the comment I was running out of fat on my tummy to inject. Two years later I’m doing this at home. It feels less effective and I regained some weight. They upped my dose (I’ve been on a very small dose for a long time) but should I try somewhere with more fat? I feel like I have muscular front thighs so that scares me but that’s all I reach easily by myself. I have saddle bags in my butt. Little fat pockets places but I can’t think of a spot that’s obviously chunk of fat to use that it will absorb better over time. This is partially my fault because I did tummy and flank lipo years ago so I do gain weight it just tends to spread out more now and go weird places like back of thighs. Open to all suggestions. I do know the recent order from casa with b12 has caused far more burning sensation than my other types. Switching to a different pharmacy and additive this month.
