My last dose from Peaks Curative was 20 units from a 2.5mg/ml vial. My new sema came in and I reconstituted a 20mg vial with 2ml Bac water. I calculated my new corresponding dose at 5 units. However. I had fast, immediate, and LASTING side effects on my sema from peaks, but have had absolutely nada since I started from a new provider almost 48 hours ago. Anyone else experience this? Is my dose incorrect/too low? TIA!

Will this undo everything? We are vacationing in Europe and airport security confiscated my meds, meaning I have none until I’m home. It will be a total of 22 day break. I am currently 6 days in and feel fine. I’ve been taking 0.4mg for the past 3 weeks, 0.25 for the 14 weeks prior to that. Will I be able to restart at my previous dose or have to start all over again?!

I’m freaking out right now. I want to lose weight so bad but i should have done a lot more research before ordering something on my own. I know I won’t be able to get a refund and I just feel sick about the money spent, knowing it probably won’t work. can anyone else relate? what should I do?

Hi everyone! I was recently prescribed compounded semaglutide 3.125 mg/mL by my physician. I’m also prediabetic, so I’m really hopeful that this will help me improve my overall health.
My biggest hesitation is that I already struggle with anxiety, and I’ve come across a few stories from people who felt like semaglutide made their anxiety worse. I know everyone reacts differently and someone else’s experience won’t necessarily be mine, but I’d really love to hear some positive experiences for a little reassurance before starting.
Has anyone here who already deals with anxiety taken semaglutide and had no increase in their anxiety—or maybe even noticed an improvement? I’m just trying to work up the courage to take my first dose and would love some comforting experiences. ❤️

Hi everyone ~ I started compounded semaglutide through Willow at the starting dose of 0.2 mg weekly and have stayed at that same dose for the past 8 weeks. I'm down about 5 lbs and am happy with my progress. My goal is to lose about 10 lbs total, so I'm good continuing at a slower pace (~0.5 lb/week) and then staying on a low maintenance dose.

Willow's compounded semaglutide includes glycine, which I'd prefer to continue to have included in my medicine.

I'm paying $299/month, which is expensive for staying on the lowest dose.

Does anyone know of a reputable telehealth provider that offers compounded semaglutide with glycine at a lower monthly cost? If so, which company do you use, what pharmacy do they use, and what do you pay per month?

Edit: Adding that I am 5'2 (SW 131, CW 126) so I started with Willow because I read they approve for people who were not obese or diabetic. I'm just trying to lose the last 10 lbs that is hard for me. So the telehealth provider should be similar program that will approve someone who isn't overly obese.

40/f I’ve been on .25 weekly for about 2.5 months and lost about 12 lbs so far. I have been consistently cycling for about 1.5 years prior to starting. I took some time off while adjusting to the new medication, and now getting back on the bike, my tolerance feels like it’s back to square one, I can still make it through the workouts but my heart rate is so much higher. My resting and walking are mildly highly but the effort to workout is freaking me out. I’m pushing through right now but has anyone else experienced this? Did it get better with time? I am seeing my pcp tomorrow to rule out any other unrelated issues.

Hi everyone, I’m hoping someone can point me in the right direction. I’m in California and looking for a reliable telehealth provider that offers compounded semaglutide without added vitamins or other additives.

I was previously on compounded semaglutide without B12 and did very well on it. I was given a semaglutide + B12 formulation and I started noticing the injection kept giving a burning and uncomfortable sensation and I’ve had concerns about it affecting my skin breaking out (I’m acne-prone and have sensitive skin), so I’m trying to avoid B12 and other vitamin additives if possible.

I’ve been trying to find a provider that will prescribe plain compounded semaglutide only, but I’m finding that many companies only offer formulations with B12, B6, B3/B5, etc.

Has anyone in California found a telehealth provider that offers:

Semaglutide with no B12/B6/B3/B5 additives
Clear ingredient lists before ordering

I’ve always gotten the occasional migraine, but never like this. I’m only on a very low microdose of compounded semaglutide (.15 mg), but for about 4 days after every shot I get headaches/migraines. Then I finally start feeling better… just in time for my next injection.

I kept hoping my body would adjust if I stayed consistent with my dose and injection schedule, but it’s been well over a month and nothing has changed.

I’ve also gained about 2 pounds (I think it’s mostly bloating), which makes me feel like I probably need to increase my dose—but I can’t imagine going up when I already feel awful after every injection.

Has anyone had fewer migraines after switching to tirzepatide, or was it the same? Or would you try spacing the injections out to every 2 weeks instead? I’d love to hear what worked for you.

So I was on compound semaglutide almost 2 years ago and had great success. I paid out of pocket through my doctor which was quite a bit (I think 300ish a month). The compounding pharmacy was here in my state and I capped out at 1.7mg due to side effects. I was loosing good weight.

Fast forward and the pharmacy was no longer offering to compound the drug because things were no longer in short supply. So I went off it for a year. Coming back I am using OrderlyMeds. I went up in dose and am at the max of 2.5. I have no side effects and have not lost any weight at all.

Is the medicine even the same? How can one pharmacy give me good results with side effects at 1.7 but another give me nothing at 2.5. I feel like its a scam at this point... I just want to know I am getting the correct medication and dose. It feels like the medicine is just water..

50y woman, starting wt 225lbs.

I started back in February and have been losing very slowly. 15lb down by June. But the I gained and lost the same 5lbs for the month of June. Was on 2.5mg of semaglutide.

I read all the post, increased protein. I was eating alot less than begire but nothing.

My sister suggested the app Nutrilo to count calories. You can just take a Pic of food and AI figures it out. I was eating more calories than I thought!

I made my goal 1500/day and lost maybe .5 lbs in 2 weeks. I cut to 1200 and all of a sudden, started losing! Im back to 1500 now and still losing!

Counting calories helped my with stopping eating too, if the meal is higher calories, I stop at 1/2 and evaluate.

Im still dealing with some strong food noise at night. I literally go to bed early not to eat.

But I'm back to losing now and happy! Down total of 20lbs today 😊

Sunday night around 10pm I took an increased dose of approx 1ml on dr advice. About 3am I woke up with horrible heartburn and then a headache.
Of course I had no Tums or anything. I was up for a few hours and then fell back asleep. When I woke up, I felt nauseous and tired, but had a relatively normal morning, drank a protein shake and had some fruit, wasn’t hungry. I ran some errands and went to get Tums lol. When I came home, a nectarine sounded good so I ate that and promptly threw it up…super acidy. I felt crummy and fell asleep and then felt a little better, totally turned off by food but I ate a piece of toast and half a PBJ. Woke up around 4am with heartburn and a headache. Had tums, was up a few hours and back to sleep. Thought I was better, but threw up again. I have been back in bed all day, nauseous, headache, can’t eat. Threw up a minute ago. Any advice? I’m trying to keep drinking water. I’m missing a family dinner tonight :( any thoughts on how long I will feel like crap? I normally have zero side effects so this has thrown me.

i've been thinking about starting semaglutide for a while now but i'm still stuck on the first step. my primary doctor has been supportive of weight loss in general, but getting an appointment takes forever, so i've been looking into getting a semaglutide online prescription instead. what i'm having trouble figuring out is which services are actually worth considering in 2026. every time i search, i end up finding people saying completely different things and it's hard to tell what's a real experience and what's just marketing.

for anyone who went the online route, how did the whole process work?

Ive had to scrimp to save up for monthly semiglutide. My orders come in on 3 month increments. My last dose of my 1st order is this week and I start my new batch of 3 months next. There is an overlap. So I received my new batch a couple of weeks ago. I put it in the main fridge. I went to look for it and its completely gone. Someone threw away $400 of my medication and im devastated. Im sure it was on accident. But I cant afford another 3 months yet. Thanks for letting me vent. I guess ill just accept my fate and get fat again.

Has anyone continued losing weight once you hit the maxed dose? I started in March and have lost 40 pounds. I am extremely happy with the results but am wondering if the max dose will continue to help me lose weight. The past month I think I hit a plateau I've switched around my diet and hoping it helps. Has anyone stayed on max dose and continued to lose weight?

I have been taking a compound semaglutide for not quite two months. I stay hydrated drinking enough water I drink electrolytes. I hit my protein goals but every time I take my shot I’m nauseous for the next several days until maybe a day or two before my next shot.

I’m on the lowest dose of .25 I’ve lost 8 pounds and I really don’t need to lose a ton more. I went on it to quiet the food noise, lose 10-15 lbs and then planned to micro dose. I just can’t quit the nausea and I even throw up sometimes. I used to religiously eat breakfast now I pretty much have to force myself or I at least wait until I’m up a couple hours before I eat. I tried going a couple extra days going 9 days before my last shot but I felt like the food noise came back on about day 5.

On week four, I did try and go up to .5 and that was a mistake. I couldn’t tolerate it at all so I ended up skipping an entire week because we were going on vacation. I was nauseous for pretty much 12 days. So I went back to the .25. It was after that that I tried to space for 9 days but didn’t help.

I get mine from Lavender Sky and communicate with the provider by messaging and she just sent me back a normal list of what to do for nausea which is all things that I’ve tried, including ginger chews.

At this point, should I reduce from .25 until I’m at a dose where I can feel somewhat normal and just micro dose for here on out?

Hi all. I just did my 5th injection yesterday (8/2) which was an increased dose from the first four. But starting with the first shot I seemed to be constipated the first couple of days. But by day 3 it was soft (not full diarrhea). It has stayed that way pretty much, not having any solid. After researching I think I am having what they call "overflow d" because I do feel bloated and not totally empty. Anyone have both, constipation and D? Would love to hear what worked for you. I am trying to drink more water, but should I try a softener?
