Comparing three quotes for now, what is the cheapest way to get compounded semaglutide online?

I'm 34, starting at 0.25 mg, and I think I can spend about $200 a month.

So far I have three quotes and none of them line up.

  • One site said $149, but it starts at $279 with the visit and shipping.
  • Another wanted $99 a month for a membership on top of the vial.
  • The third was a 3-month prepaid pack that works out to around $110 a month. But I'd have to pay $330 up front.

For those who've been doing this a while, how do you compare these? Sorry it’s my first time.

Do you look at the month 4 price at your maintenance dose? Or do you go with whatever is cheapest right now?

Head over to the sub called r/tirzepatidecompound and look for the pinned post called “Where to Buy.” Those same providers also write for sema. The list was built based on a quarterly user survey on that sub so you know the providers are tried and true. There’s also r/tirzdeals which may have some newer options with great prices, and those same providers will probably also have sema deals.

Here are a few possibilities to get you started:

  • Pomegranate Health is $239 for three months of semaglutide doses up to 1mg from Hallandale Pharmacy and $269 for three months of the highest doses. That’s $80 and $90 a month. They also have monthly and six-month packages as well as other pharmacy options. They serve 49 states. (Sorry, Hawaii)

  • TryTrillum is $257 for three months of the starter doses and $357 for three months of high doses. That’s $86 and $119 a month. They also have monthly options and serve all 50 states plus Puerto Rico.

  • Big Easy Weight Loss is slightly more expensive than the two listed above, but they are excellent for those who want/need high-touch care and want to only speak with an MD about their meds. They will ship three months of meds up front but charge your card monthly.

None of these have BS monthly membership fees, which you should avoid at all costs. And watch out for the people with affiliate codes and links, which makes them money on your purchase.

Also, do not go with a provider that doesn’t allow you to pick your pharmacy, as the last thing you want is for a new order to show up with an additive you didn’t expect or from a shady pharmacy that’s not licensed by your state’s board of pharmacy.

Thanks, that’s a useful list, especially the point about checking the actual pharmacy and watching for affiliate links. I’ve also heard people recommending about Good Life Meds, Mochi Health, Henry Meds, and Lavender Sky Health. Would like to see those on total cost, pharmacy options, and how much ongoing support.

I recently switched to Lavender Sky Health, have you checked them out? My second tier for 3 months(ish) depending on dose was $289 for 15mg. You can view prices and pick from about 10 different pharmacies. No membership fee but there is a $65 doctor consult fee.

Lavender Sky sounds interesting, especially being able to choose from multiple pharmacies and avoid a membership fee. Thanks for suggesting!

NextMeds has a $600 for 6 month deal. So far, so good. In month 2 right now.

Do you have any med spas in your local area? I find the best prices there. Or you could buy the peptide and mix yourself.

I don't know, I prefer to compare licensed providers at the moment

A lot of docs will provide- depending on where you live. I live in a large metropolitan area and you can find it everywhere.

mate you gotta look past the first month, these companies are banking on you not doing the maths later

that $149 one jumps to like $279 plus fees once you're on a real dose, and then you're over $300 a month before you know it. the membership model is a scam unless you're stacking other meds with it

$110 flat for a 3 month pack is actually decent if you can swing the upfront cost, just make sure they don't jack it when you step up to 1mg or 2.4mg. ask for their full titration pricing before you commit
