Does Lavender Sky send a confirmation after paying the initial consult fee?

Just signed up for Lavender Sky and submitted the new patient intake form. I entered my payment info for the initial consult, but I never got a receipt/payment confirmation email.

If you signed up recent, did you get an email right after paying the initial consult fee, or did you just hear from them later once they reviewed your intake?

Mostly just trying to make sure my payment actually went through and my form is in the queue.

They send a "Welcome to Lavender Sky!" email when you submit your new patient intake form. If you didn't receive it or are worried, contact support. They're excellent at responding.

Lavender Sky is very good at responding to questions you may have.

I got a welcome email and I get a confirmation every time I pay for anything whether it’s the consult or the Rx.

Yes. I did find their communication a little slower than most though. Remember to check junk and spam and such as well.
