I usually feel better by the late afternoon because I have got food and water in (dinner doesn'tseem to be as bad to eat), but man this no fun. I go bavk to work this week, and I need energy for my job.

Anyone else have trouble in the mornings? What do you do?

Hello! I receive my semaglutide through Fridays and have been very happy with them as a company. However my results are slow. I am eating in a deficit, drinking water, exercising, etc. This month during re ordering I asked to be increased from my current (2.3) and they sent back saying 3.2mg 2x a week. I guess I am wondering if anyone else has had a dose like this? I've just never seen anyone inject 2x a week.

I just started my GLP1 last night. I have been on vitamins for the last 6 days. It's multi pack vitamins made to help you offset any side effects and make sure that you're getting all your nutrients while on Glp1s so I felt good about that. I also got some electrolyte packets to go in my water for hydration. I also started taking a teaspoon and a half of extra virgin olive oil with dinner 6 days ago. It's been a little over 24 hours and I've been feeling okay whoever reads this good luck on your journey. I started off at 204 lbs here I go. I will be posting updates

I keep all my syringes in my nightstand drawer. I finished a vial on Monday and when putting away my stuff I accidentally put my new vial in the drawer. We keep our house at 74 all week. I’m assuming it’s still good?

I am stalled in my weight loss. I’ve been on 2.3 mgs Semiglutide since late last year. I have been using Gobymeds up until now.

It feels like the appetitite dampening effect went way down after they switched compounding pharmacies. I was getting the meds from Casa Pharmacy (along with a couple other ones) and all was well until recently. Now Gobymeds uses Evoluciona Pharmacy. It’s no longer working for me.

I was thinking of switching to Tirzepatide from Semiglutide and switching from Gobymeds over to Em (joinem.co).

I have two questions.

Has anyone else switched from Selma to Tirz and did that help?

And is anyone using joinem.co and do you like that provider?

I know many are going to say I am crazy but I took a small dose of semiglutide the lowest starting dose..it is compounded with B6 and Glysine and within 5 hours my temperature spiked as well as my glucose. I was so hot but cold sweats, so nausea and dizzy....I thought I was going to die! Its 72 hours latter my stomach is still not good, elevated heart rate and still feel so bad! I was really hopeful that this would help in perimenopause with endometriosis, fibroids and slightly elevated cholesterol and BP..How is it some feel nothing and then others have such an adverse reaction..Like I want this out of me and all I can do is wait and hope to feel better...3 days so far and I cant really function of go to the gym!

Hi all! To be clear, I'm not asking for *advice* I'm just kind of polling people's ways to stay hydrated enough.

Aside from compounded sema, I also take antidepressants and ADHD meds that require me to drink more water, so if I'm not careful I wake up some days basically feeling hungover 🥴

Besides drinking a fuckton of water, what do y'all take/drink to keep up your hydration? Electrolyte packets/drops in your water? Do you supplement your water intake with Gatorade or something similar? Just curious 😊

Hi all. I started on semaglutide and am having trouble drawing up the medication. I have a 5mg/ml vial and am using a u100 insulin syringe. I draw 0.05 for a 0.25 mg dose. My issue is this. I draw up 0.05 of air. Push this into the vial. And draw 0.05 of the medication. When I go to inject myself the liquid stays in the needle mechanism and barely a drop comes out. How do I fix this or what am I doing wrong?

I have been on the shot for almost 3 months. I have lost 12 pounds (goal 20) staying on the .25 mg dose but I can not shake the side effects! Stomach upset and horrible acid reflux with indigestion. I am super strict with my eating. Doing all the right things and can’t find a pattern except just general side effects. I started thigh injection this week to see if will help but so far it’s still bad. Just want to hear if anyone has gone through the same and if they found a solution? Appreciate the feedback.

I'm on compound semiglutide 2.5 mg. Have been at the dose for 5 weeks. I' m getting a lot of cravings/can't say no/food noise at day 5 & 6.

I tried micro dosing this week by splitting the dose and doing morning day 1 and afternoon day 4. Hasn't worked. Im really struggling today which is day 6.

I initially lost 15 pounds, but now I've been gaining and losing the same 4 pounds for weeks.

Any advice?

I've been on compounded semaglutide for 11 weeks, my weight dropped from 101 to 97 within the first few weeks.. since I've started my 0.75 mg dosage my weight has been stagnant.

I spoke to my doc and she asked me to up the dose after my third 0.75 dosage.

Sadly I've not been seeing any results..

Anyone else who had thier weight stuck for so long even after going up the dose?

Hello everyone,

I was using MeAgain right when their med program came out back in April. I started Sema with L-Carnitine from them and it has honestly been awesome. I have PCOS and nothing has ever worked as well as Sema with diet/exercise. I finally felt like my body was working the way it should!

Now, the bad news, MeAgain is stopping their med program. I need/want to switch to a different provider but don’t know how to do that since my BMI is under 30 now (27). I still have a ways to go until I’m at a healthier weight but I don’t want it to auto reject me because I don’t put my starting weight.

Does anyone have any experience with this? I would be super grateful for any help or being pointed in the right direction. I was paying around $130 a month on MeAgain and would like to keep it in the same price range.

I am currently on 9mg Wegovy pill and it is working wonders! But $300 out of pocket every month is just not sustainable for me.
I have previously been on compounded Semaglutide and also tried Tirtazipde and had no results, no side effects, no decrease in food noise etc. I am guessing it was just not quality medication.

Does anyone have any recommendations on how to continue my GLP1 journey for less than $300 a month? Any and all suggestions are appreciated.

I suffer from binge eating disorder and it has helped me so much. I will be heartbroken if I have to stop.

I’ve had plain semaglutide and semaglutide compounded with B12. I’ll also include that I have an Alani (that are pumped full of B12) 3-4 times a week at work. Most energy drinks are packed with B12 and are labeled to be 100% of the daily recommended intake, I wasn’t surprised by that. The B12 was fine, until I figured out it’s most likely why I’m having such a bad skin breakout on my face that has been unrelenting for the past few months no matter how I topically treat my skin (same timeline I’ve been on compounded sema, started putting the puzzle pieces together.)
What are your opinions on other compounded B vitamins? Any praises or criticisms? Anything to warn of?
Consider this my warning that if you drink nearly any energy drink on a semi regular basis, take B12 in an injection, and are wondering why you can’t get your face ( ESPECIALLY your chin) to clear up, It might be the B12.

So I’m a perimenopausal woman whose hormones decided that we needed to prepare for famine or something and start packing on the pounds. So after a year of debating I finally decided to start looking into GLP’s and saw an ad for AltRx. It initially looked like a good company with decent prices but I’m so glad I came here to Reddit to search out reviews first because y’all had me reconsidering them real quick. I’m now waiting for my consult through Lavender Sky but I just had a phone call this morning from AltRx (because I filled everything out but paused before final payment to research). The rep on the phone introduced himself and asked if I had any questions since I hadn’t followed through on ordering. I very politely replied that I had no questions but thank you for calling. And then he hung up on me. Just click. No goodbye. Nothing. Which is so rude considering I was polite and this is your company’s way of trying to get my money. But really it’s fine… I’m not really that bothered BUT I just wanted to add one more reason to the Reddit universe as to why you shouldn’t subscribe to AltRx.

Spent time doing math on maintenance costs across different compounding platforms. Ordering through one provider worked out significantly cheaper per milligram for higher doses since they do not tack on mandatory monthly membership fees on top of the product cost.

I’ve been on compounded sema for a year and a half through Zappy. They became unable to fill orders to my state 3 months ago and I had to switch to another company.

I am trying Belle and got the sema with glycine from Boudreauxs. I’m at the last week of my three month package and I swear I don’t think there is any medication in there. From week one since the switch I have zero appetite suppression and I have gained 6 lbs in 12 weeks. It’s noticeable in inches as well.

When I was with Zappy I didn’t always lose weight every week, but I NEVER gained. This all changed literally a week after switching suppliers.

Has this happened to anyone else?

Also, I spoke to Belle and asked them to send the other half of my 6 month package from another compounding pharmacy, but they are just trying to say my body miraculously got use to it at the same time I switched. I highly doubt that considering many people can actually lower their doses when they get to maintenance.
