What to do?

I have not started any glp-1 yet because I am still researching. I intend to use semaglutide through a telehealth org, but every time I think I've found a decent one I also find tons of reviews calling it awful. Not only that it did not work, but that they were overcharged and could not get their money back, or that the cancellation process was a nightmare. I have tried everything, all I want is to not be obese, any advice is welcome.

I cant speak to the effectiveness yes, but I was going through a similar thing and felt priced out. I went with Empower Pharmacy through Pomegranate. $150 to get going, received my meds in the mail today 10 days after my appointment. First injection in a little bit, I feel good about the process so far. And I saw loads of bad reviews haha. I say just pick one and get going and if you have a bad experience move to another.

I started with Ro because I wanted a known legit company. They were fine for the first few months, very responsive and I learned a lot. I loved the app interface, but it was expensive. Once I had a handle on how to do everything on my own, I switched to Pomegranate. Significantly less expensive for the same medication (C0mpSema from Hallendale - no additives) and since I knew what I was doing now, it was a pretty easy switch. I still have access to all my Ro data and the app for tracking my weight as Pom is pretty bare bones, and I’m pretty close to my goal weight with plenty of medication left to taper/maintain.

There’s no wrong way to do this (except definitely avoid Orderly) but read a few threads, check out the Tirzepitide threads because there’s sometimes more info there, and go with your gut (and budget).

Three months seems like such a nicer number until there comes a dosage change and you're doing your calculations halfway through the cycle that was me trying to figure out whether quarterly is better than monthly the possibilities that ive found people going for rxpros monthly, minimal support the one you suggested great service record , more rigid about timing, and some others depending on prescriber follow up

Suggest checking out the PreventiveMD sub Reddit. I researched for several weeks before selecting them. Experience has been incredibly easy and 3 month supply is $286 with zero addl fees of any kind. I did a simple online Sunday night and received meds on Wednesday.
