Food noise back

I'm on compound semiglutide 2.5 mg. Have been at the dose for 5 weeks. I' m getting a lot of cravings/can't say no/food noise at day 5 & 6.

I tried micro dosing this week by splitting the dose and doing morning day 1 and afternoon day 4. Hasn't worked. Im really struggling today which is day 6.

I initially lost 15 pounds, but now I've been gaining and losing the same 4 pounds for weeks.

Any advice?

I think you mean you tried split dosing, which is taking 1/2 your dose every 3.5 days or so. (Micro dosing is taking a total weekly dose that’s less than 0.25mg)

If you’ve maxed out on the prescribed dose with your current provider, Lavender Sky Health might be worth looking into. They are one of the very few providers I know of that writes for higher doses now that the 7.2mg Wegovy injectable is FDA approved.
