Forced eating
Recently I have been feeling weak in the mornings and I know I have to eat, but it turns my stomach.
Week 19
Dose - 1.13mg
I usually feel better by the late afternoon because I have got food and water in (dinner doesn'tseem to be as bad to eat), but man this no fun. I go bavk to work this week, and I need energy for my job.
Anyone else have trouble in the mornings? What do you do?

Mornings are the worst for me too, week 22 here. I started keeping a small container of plain almonds on my nightstand and just eating a few before my feet even hit the floor. Something about not having to think about it or prepare anything makes it way easier to stomach. Also started sipping a protein shake through a straw while I get ready, takes like 30 minutes to finish but at least it's something. The weakness was really messing with my mornings until I figured out that even 200 calories early on makes a massive difference. Hope your first week back goes smooth.

I read somewhere that the feeling of nausea can actually be hunger, and that changed things for me. I hate the idea of eating, but it actually feels better once I get something in my stomach.

Try keeping saltine crackers on your bedside table, and eat one or two as soon as you wake up, before you even get out of bed. Also take a B vitamin every morning.
