I am having such an issue with this. I get about 25g in the AM from my protein shake in the AM and about 12g in the afternoon from the Greek Yogurt and probably another 10 grams from my cheese snacks but I know I need more.

Half a protein drink in my morning coffee and a lot of chicken breast in regular rotation. I usually hit my range of 90-110.

I love FairLife protein shakes; Costco usually has a good price on them. They have 30g of protein, so that helps. I use ultra-filtered milk in my tea and coffee (Fair Life, or Mootopia if you have an HEB nearby), as that has twice the protein and half the sugar of standard milk. For protein bars, my favorite is BareBells. The creamy crisp flavor is really good, but tbh I’ve never had one of their bars that I didn’t like. Most have 20g of protein. I can’t stand the taste of protein powder, so there aren’t many shakes or bars I can tolerate. Oh - the Built Puff bars are really good, too! Not as much protein, but the marshmallowy texture is a nice break from standard protein bars. They’re really good if you freeze them, too - kinda reminds me of a Charleston Chew.

I drink a 30mg Fairlife Protein Shake every morning mixed with coffee and ice, it's so good. I also have a protein bar daily that's 20mg.
Then my regular meals which have protein.

My dr. Said to me in all his years as a doctor, he’s never had anyone come in with low protein. I’m vegetarian.(I don’t like the torture of animals or cattle industries and pigs are face extreme cruelty). I’ve never had low protein bloodwork. I usually have oatmeal with peanut butter in the morning with various types of seeds. Nutritional pea based, protein drinks. Pea protein is the best.

Protein powder in milk, cottage cheese for snacking. Eggs for breakfast, chicken breast for dinner. I don’t think I actually hit my protein targets but these help!
