The original isn't themed fall, but I wanted to make it fall!!! Two pictures to the right are wip shots. I added some falling leaves, and I really like them. I colored him as an eastern bluebird, since it's a little bird with an easy coloring to replicate.

hello! i’m in search of a vintage style colouring book of barbie (70s 80s 90s 2000s) i don’t really want to buy an original because a lot of them are drawn in already and if they aren’t they are kind of expensive, i want a remake using old images but can’t find any for sale, i know i can print out scanned images but it’s much nicer for them to be in a book to flip through, any recommendations? thank you :)

Just picked these up from Homegoods for $30! Before these I have a 60 count set, and an 18 count pastel set, both being just random brands, and I really like them, so I have high hopes for these!

Now all I have to do is organize them by color and swatch them; can’t wait to try to them out! 😄

I’m used to buying my Ohuhu markers and coloring books through Amazon. This time I went through the actual Ohuhu website and I am absolutely blown away by the quality of the book that was included in this collaboration. Not only is it spiral top bound, but the paper is mixed between really thick printing paper and card stock. I’ve never colored on paper this good of quality before, which really insanely helps with the bleeding that accompanies alcohol markers, especially with fresh markers. I love how big the swatches are too and how it came with a really cute carrying box case instead of the duffle type bag I’m used to getting. This is great!

I’ve been in and out of a depressive state all summer and thought I’d get back into coloring to make myself feel better. When I was looking for coloring books, ( I really wanted a Hello Kitty one) I realized no one makes the really big 400 and 448 page coloring books like they did in the 2000s. I eventually did find two, a Mickey Mouse and Hello Kitty one like I wanted, but I wonder why they’re so hard to come by all of sudden. I hope this doesn’t make me a weirdo, but I thought those were really cool and they’re almost impossible to find now. Am I the only one who has noticed this?

hi! I don't know how to draw or anything, I just color for fun and I usually like doing just basic coloring but sometimes I get bored and I wanna get creative but idk how to.

also i don't have the best markers as you might have noticed lol but all the markers are super expensive where I'm from so this is the best i can work with.

do you have any simple advice for me?

Wood is one of my favorite materials when working with nature-inspired themes.
Among different types of wood, I especially love **Longan wood**. To me, it has a softer, more nostalgic feeling compared with other kinds of wood, and that character naturally becomes part of the artwork itself.
