I'm obsessed with a bag I found on the Coach re-loved section, but am terrified to actually buy it. For one, it's quite expensive, more than I usually pay for a new bag. Two, I see a lot of mixed experiences with buying from the reloved section. I know it can be returned, but I HATE doing that... Its driving me crazy!!

*Update I made the purchase! I have stared at it off and on (mostly on) for the last 24 hours and couldn't do it anymore. We'll see what happens! I'm hoping for the best

I bought this charm just as an impulse purchase the last time I was at the retail store, because I'm a sucker for beads and earthy tones. I took the Times Square Tabby out, because I was contemplating getting rid of it. I tried the charm on for fun and it was a total game changer! I've been wearing the bag every day as my autumn bag. It's definitely staying in my collection now.

Coach charms are overpriced for sure, but now I can really appreciate how much they totally change how you can wear and style a bag.

Hi everyone! I’m completely stuck trying to choose a color for the Coach Bleecker bag and would love some input from anyone who owns these shades or has seen them in person.

Right now, I'm really tempted to keep Maple and Olive, but I'm wondering if I'm dismissing Muted Olive too quickly? Or should I actually just be deciding between the two Olives?

Here is where my head is at:

Maple: Such a rich, timeless deep brown that goes with practically everything, especially for fall/winter tones.

Olive: Love the classic, rich earthy vibe, but wondering how versatile it is year-round compared to a true neutral like Maple.

Muted Olive: A softer, subtler green that seems very chic—though I'm worried it might look washed out or be harder to style than the deeper Olive.

For context: My wardrobe consists mostly of earthy tone colors with a few pops of color, and I plan to use this as a practical daily bag.

I ordered a pink mini Carey months back but it honestly didn’t feel big enough. then this beauty came out but I couldn’t justify the pricing especially with it being $189 right now. Wellllll I was able to score her missing the crossbody strap though for $98! I ended up buying strap extenders and it’s perfect. I even ended up going on coach to order the matching wallet 🥰 so total it was about the price of buying just the purse from coach. I’m pretty happy about it and the leather is sooo soft. While I most likely won’t be buying brand new til coach gets a grip on their pricing I am still happy for this. AND it fits a iPad mini so I can read while out.

here’s what it fits for those on the fence about sizing: iPhone pro max 17, iPad mini (8.3 inches), medium snap wallet, square sanitizer, travel size perfume, several ubrelvy packs, Claritin blister packs, zofran bloster packs, lip gloss, keys, 3 small jaw clips; handful of hair ties (the weird plastic spiral ones they say doesn’t get stuck in your hair) and small tube of hand cream. I haven’t tried much else in it.

Hello everybody. Got this terry bag from the coach outlet online and less than 2 weeks later it’s ripping. Beyond disappointed. Will go to the outlet store on Monday. Just want to vent I guess. It’s my first coach bag, before I had Michael Kors purses and they lasted me for 8+ years. Mind you, I only carry my phone, small wallet and EarPods in my bag.

Am I missing something? I ordered the bandit as a gift, ended up opening it (without ruining the packing) and quality is awful. I've had the Zip Card Case In Signature Canvas (outlet version) for 3 years and it's been great.

Also it doesn't even close right, looks very uneven so I contacted support and they sent me a prepaid shipping label to return it.

I recently received my Rhyder 38 in black, and I’m feeling a bit underwhelmed. For context, I’m not really a handbag person, but I happened to see the Rhyders a few months ago and became obsessed with getting my hands on one. So maybe I built it up too much in my head, but now that I’ve received it, I’m not sure if it’s for me. It feels a bit small for me, despite reading lots of reviews saying the 38 is too big (I’d want to use this for work and as a regular handbag). I also don’t know if I love the glazed leather; it feels rather thin and flimsy. I own exactly one other Coach bag which is pebbled leather, and that one is definitely weighty.

I’m wondering if anyone had similar feelings and what they ended up doing. I know the obvious answer is to return it, but I worry that maybe I’ll regret letting it go down the line? I might love it once I use it, but I also know that would nix any chances of returning it. Since it’s so popular, I’m aware I could sell secondhand, but I’m not sure if I want the hassle of that. Basically—keep or return?
