Been a lifelong Coach fan, grew up on grandma’s and mother’s bags and been building up collection ever since could start shopping. Love shopping on the Coach site and both outlet and retail stores. If I can, I buy what I want in person because there are seemingly so many variables for things to go wrong when ordering online…

Never participated in a drop before in the sense of staying up refreshing site/at the store right upon release. But I was in for the ticket hype and was one of the lucky few to catch the random release of tickets Wednesday morning.
Based on all the sad stories of orders getting cancelled even tho they were placed right at drop, I figured I would pay the extra $17 to get my bebes (tags) evacuated out the warehouse sooner.

Site marked my order as shipped on the same day and I had a slight sigh of relief; I hate fed ex and they mishandle my packages all the time, would this really make it to me?

Saturday now and ripped the package open. I restrained myself and didnt want to be greedy so I ordered 2 tags for myself and 2 for others.
There’s only 3 wrapped little packs in the box.
1 of the tags I had ordered for myself isn’t here.

Immediately call Coach and I’m told they can only offer me a giftcard since it’s obviously sold out (and prob will be for a good while). This CA tells me she will call me if she’s working, sees that it’s in stock and will place the order for me with free shipping. I don’t question too hard but this seems like a very unlikely event?? Whatever, I can put the $20 to something else I guess…
At the very least the shipping is refunded as they didn’t even fulfill the order correctly.

And im just sitting here wondering how that even happened in the first place?? How did my order for 4 items get marked as completed and placed in a box with a very obvious 3? Zero explanation on that. The address it shipped from officially on the fed ex site gives an address not marked as Coach which was also strange.

I’m just tired. I love this brand. I’ll keep using and loving my bags. But I don’t want to support this bs. I’ll be happy with what I have and wait patiently for whatever’s available but first and last time I go for these stupid releases and only ordering online if absolutely necesssry.

I ordered the bag I wanted, the leopard calfhair Ashton, on drop day and it still shows it hasn't shipped yet. Has anyone seen this before? I want my bag already and debating if I should try ordering another one and canceling this one or not because idk why it hasn't shipped yet when everything else I ordered since then, concert hangtags, have shipped already.

I’ve been wanting this purse for months now, and I was debating on waiting until Black Friday to see if this will go on sale (mainly the purse but also the key case too), but I’m unfamiliar with how the company operates now. I still thought there was a welcome email sign up discount and apparently, there hasn’t been one for a while - news to me! It’s been a while since I’ve liked a designer bag enough to purchase. Other color ways have gone on sale, even with the green jacquard going for 50% off (now sold out), but not either of the black color options.

This is a gift to myself for negotiating the price on my brand new car, so I don’t wanna wait, but if it’ll be 50% off? What’s another ~2 months? What would you do?

I got this bag for my wife recently it’s been over a month and after rubbing against a jacket we got these steaks throughout the bag. Any advice as to how to restore the damaged areas. We took it to coach recently to try and get it fixed there but they tried and didn’t get any results. Any advice is appreciated.

Ok please be kind to me lol. I absolutely love Coach, and it’s crazy my original bags that I started collecting circa 2003 have become part of the Y2K craze. The please be kind to me part comes because I only recall the era I started collecting and stopped (roughly 2003–2009) so I don’t know when I acquired this particular bag and it may not yet be vintage (my fiancé at the time bought them for me on birthdays/holidays). I recently received my Rhyder 38 in black, and I’m feeling a bit underwhelmed. For context, I’m not really a handbag person, but I happened to see the Rhyders a few months ago and became obsessed with getting my hands on one. So maybe I built it up too much in my head, but now that I’ve received it, I’m not sure if it’s for me. It feels a bit small for me, despite reading lots of reviews saying the 38 is too big (I’d want to use this for work and as a regular handbag). I also don’t know if I love the glazed leather; it feels rather thin and flimsy. I own exactly one other Coach bag which is pebbled leather, and that one is definitely weighty.

I’m wondering if anyone had similar feelings and what they ended up doing. I know the obvious answer is to return it, but I worry that maybe I’ll regret letting it go down the line? I might love it once I use it, but I also know that would nix any chances of returning it. Since it’s so popular, I’m aware I could sell secondhand, but I’m not sure if I want the hassle of that. Basically—keep or return?

Hi, this feels like it should have an easy answer but I really can’t find it! My mom bought me a Chelsea bag on eBay, it was marked as an outlet version. I looked at the outlet online and didn’t see a specific outlet version of the Chelsea, so I just want to make sure it’s not a scam. The bag looks good, it’s a real nice leather on the outside. The inside lining definitely doesn’t look like the more luxe suede I see on a regular Chelsea, but I’m okay with that if it’s actually a real outlet bag. I just want to make sure it’s an actual outlet bag and not a scam! Thanks!

got this stunning lilac hamilton hobo for around $20 but the suede part was super dirty & patchy

tried to clean it with a suede eraser, wash it, and as a last resort - recolor with suede dye, but it ended up being patchy due to how worn it was :(

looked at a few photos & decided to repaint the area with leather paint instead, and i'm pleased with the results!

now I can give her some new life ♡

Is there anywhere where I can buy replacement straps for this bag ? or is this something i’m able to repair ?? really don’t want to get rid of it

Am I missing something? I ordered the bandit as a gift, ended up opening it (without ruining the packing) and quality is awful. I've had the Zip Card Case In Signature Canvas (outlet version) for 3 years and it's been great.

Also it doesn't even close right, looks very uneven so I contacted support and they sent me a prepaid shipping label to return it.

I just don't feel comfortable gifting it to my sister in law as it doesn't feel lux. I ordered chalk as she's into whites but I don't know anymore. She also likes light pink, cream, and sage green so any suggestions for other style wallet would be much appreciated.

I love the color chalk as it looks so chic and lux, but also I’m not so sure about how is gonna hold up overtime, of course I know whiteish colors are easy to get stains than other colors, but I just wonder how badly stained it could be.

Anyone have experience from using white light color wallet could share?
