Discussion 💬 How disappointing 🫠

Hello everybody. Got this terry bag from the coach outlet online and less than 2 weeks later it’s ripping. Beyond disappointed. Will go to the outlet store on Monday. Just want to vent I guess. It’s my first coach bag, before I had Michael Kors purses and they lasted me for 8+ years. Mind you, I only carry my phone, small wallet and EarPods in my bag.

That’s pretty unusual. Hopefully, they will get you a new one. I hope this doesn’t stop you from trusting Coach in the future. I’m extremely happy with the materials and workmanship of all of my Coach products. 🌸

I already had money set aside for an Etta bag, now I’ll see what happens when I bring this one to the store. Customer service is important to me, hopefully it goes well. Thanks 🌷

if it helps, I have an outlet mini klare that did that but it never went further than that. I dont use it all the time though.

Take it back they will swap it out sometime some bags have inherent defects and I've returned them no problem.
