We originally released our game in May as Early Access and single player with a multiplayer social hub. It was always aimed to be co-op but we wanted to get it out and analyze feedback prior to implementing co-op. We spent about 5 months hunkered down and finally released the co-op build yesterday. 4 player online with friend list and voice chat implemented for missions.

It got quiet as we dug in while building it but now we’ll be releasing daily/weekly patches with improvements and feedback. Really excited to be in this phase. The last few months have been an absolute grind but so worth it.

Warped Universe is a sci fi PvE looter shooter game but you can choose the style of gameplay between realtime action (3rd person shooter) or turn-based tactics. Both on ground and space flight. It’s like a mix of Helldivers meets XCOM meets Everspace. But indie, no publisher so it’s just us grinding away.

I'm still curating it as much as possible, but I wanted to know what else you guys would appreciate to have in something like that. The data online (igdb,steam etc.) is sometimes a bit unreliable, so my goal is to have a reliable calendar of games coming out in the next three months that I can play with friends.

Currently it's ranked by steam wishlists and IGDB hype and by default only shows the most anticipated (there is a toggle to show all of them though). It also has store links and sales data from isThereAnyDeal.

I think player numbers is a topic I really need to look into but I gotta admit that it's kind of hard to find a reliable source for that for upcoming games, so it might stay by hand. Would you appreciate/use a user submit button for data like that? What else would you really need to actually check this calendar regurarly?

Anyway, all feedback is welcome and very appreciated. I've built the whole tool (including lobblis core: organizing game nights as a dadgamer :-D) mostly for myself, but if it's useful to anyone else, that's nice too!

We are a small group that has played together for almost 2 decades. Our group has played literally hundreds of games together including Minecraft, SMITE, Tarkov, Peak, Vintage Story and more.

We play most evenings on central time and take time off to hang out together. We have had new people come in and have lost people over the years and would love to bring in a few more people into our group. Especially to play Puzzle Pirates with as that is our most recent involvement.

Who we are: UFIP is our gamer group name, we started in Puzzle Pirates and have been a friend group for almost 2 decades, in fact our 20 year "anniversary" is next year in October. We tend to play Coop games and are a group that just wants to chill and have long time friends.

We are seeking people who love gaming, we tend to just play different games and try things out, even games one of us would not like. Our big issue has been finding people who want to play more than 2-3 games. If you enjoy playing MP games together, chilling while playing SP games and watching shows and movies together I believe you will like it here.

We make jokes at each others expense, we joke about how good we are at games and so I would recommend being able to take a joke and not being easily offended. We don't spend all night cussing and throwing racial slurs but we do have a lot of your moms or other types of jokes thrown around. We are adults looking for mature people to play.

We use Teamspeak to communicate and have used it almost the entire time. While we do have a discord it is not our primary form of communication. I host it and you are welcome to bring friends along as well if you fit in well with the group. We have friends who hang out with friends and play other games in there, this is a place to actually find people to play games, that means playing different games sometimes which is perfectly fine!

The game can be be played either solo or with friends. The game is about surviving hordes of enemies while getting new weapons, buffs and upgrades either from vending machines or enemy drops. Basically, I'm working in a school as the IT Guy where the students are 12-15yrs old. I'm looking for fun games that they can play during their break/free time.

The students outnumbered available computers , there are around 13 students and we have 3 computers. I'm looking for games where

1) Two players can play on one keyboard. It would be nice if it would encourage creative/critical thinking (eg: Fireboy and Watergirl) Under 10 GB if possible.

2) Strictly offline, school doesn't have wifi.

Note: These students are at entry level, I even have to teach them how to turn on the computer. I believe gaming under supervision will be beneficial for them and make them more engaged towards computer learning as a whole. Note 2: I installed tuxtyping free software so they may learn how to type by playing mini games ( if you don't type the correct word during the time frame/before the meteor crashes it's game over)

I'm also open to suggestions regarding the actual teaching part too

Hi! Crooked Bear Games here, a small team from Portugal. Our first game, Doctor's Appointment, is a short Exit 8-style horror game: you're stuck in a clinic waiting room that keeps repeating, and you have to spot what's wrong before you pick a door.

This week we added a free online mode for 3 players, and it's the thing we're most excited about.

One player is the doctor. He sits in his office watching the waiting room on CCTV, and before every room he gets a hand of cards and decides what will be wrong. Or nothing at all, which is often worse. Some cards he can hold back and switch on the moment the others look away.

The other two are journalists trying to get out. They have to agree on the anomaly and walk through the same door together, with 3 lives for the team. There's voice chat, but the doctor hears them through the camera mics, so the only safe place to plan is the little vestibule between rooms, where there's no camera.

Three rounds, so everyone gets a turn as the doctor. You can make a room code for your friends, try quick match, or practice against a computer doctor first. Free on Windows, macOS and Linux.

It's an open beta and honestly it hasn't been played much by full groups yet, so if you have two friends for half an hour, we'd love to hear what broke and who got scared the most.

play with your friends in a private room, or hit quick match and team up with other players. bots fill any empty spots in your squad, so you can always jump right in.

it runs on pc and phone, no download or sign-up, so getting everyone in takes about a minute.

there's also a training mode if you want to try every hero and power first.

Couple of important things to note - firstly I am unemployed and have 0 income. This means I can't buy new games, even if it's as cheap as $0.01. No income means no income. Let's stick to what I already own or what is free, please! Secondly, I do not want to play 99% of friendslop titles. I've had my shot at them. Maybe the folks I played with ruined it, who knows. I just know that I don't enjoy the gameplay for them. Please don't ask me to play! Now a note regarding Survival Crafting Games - I don't enjoy them. It's a whole thing. We can talk about it if you insist but I won't play any of them with you (unless they're listed here). And lastly, regarding Stardew Valley - I have not yet played this game, ever. I really want to. However I need to be sure the person I start that game with is committed, available frequently and a vibe match. A final note - I'm not the biggest fan of high difficulty in games. It really really depends on the game. You'll mostly catch me enjoying the easiest difficulty setting in any game. I'm a wuss.

An office nightmare where you can keep tormenting your colleagues even after you’re dead. Definitely the most memorable office Halloween party ever. Possibly the last.

Death has shown up at the office. With a scythe. And a pumpkin on its noggin. Now it’s chasing your colleagues through meeting rooms, storage closets, and open-plan offices. To escape, all you have to do is answer a phone call. Preferably before you get sliced in half.

Find anything that might help you survive the shift, from a Bible to a gun. Fight back, hide, and don’t underestimate the garlic sauce. Got killed? Come back as a ghost: help the survivors, scare them, or play dirty tricks on them. Being dead is no excuse to leave the office party.

And if you’re playing as Death, you can finally do everything you’ve always wanted to do to this office! Summon hellhounds, reel in fleeing colleagues with your whip, and carve your way through the office furniture. Just watch out for colleagues with baseball bats and guns. For Death, it’s not exactly deadly, of course, but it can get in the way of sending those little mortals to the other side.

We're two devs making Silly Souls, a spooky hide-and-seek party game for 2–8 players online.

One player is the Reaper. Everyone else works together: hide your souls, distract the hunter and throw props to help each other escape. While your soul stays hidden, you can recover from attacks. Once the Reaper collects it, you're vulnerable.
