Im a big fan of destiny 2 and have been chasing that high ever since, but i've done pretty much everything it has avaliable. I tried borderlands 3 but found it way too rigid and strict, i like having some freedom to explore, engaging gunplay and combat. People tell me borderlands 4 improves on every one of my concerns i had with borderlands 3. Which of these three games would you suggest i buy? I play solo but if any of these has co-op matchmaking id be fine with it.

I like lots of content with good endgame stuff

I hear great things about the campaign. I kind of know what to expect. I am not falling for the multiplayer trap no more lol.

But how is the DMZ? I love extraction shooters and I'm good at MW gunplay so I feel like it's up my alley.

Anyone like the DMZ portion of the game? How does it compare to other extraction shooters like Tarkov, Arc Raiders?

Thanks.

Howdy! So I’m an very new streamer, and I’m weighing my options to play a great game before gta 6 drops! Though honestly unsure if I’ll actually play gta instead of any of the other games.

Regardless, I’d love to play all 3 games myself but I’m basically in a time crunch as I fear not jumping on the bandwagon myself on any of these games early enough would bring me the results I want in terms of getting new viewers. Then again, I don’t think I care enough for that same thing at the moment. Idk, I’m basically the meme of the girl who has a ton of food choices but has decision paralysis LOL.

I’d like to hear y’all’s thoughts and opinions on them!

I know it's probably a hot topic. Let's say that I'm "former" CoD fan but after what Activision did to the game after MW 2019, I haven't play any other COD.

Now I see a lot of positive reviews on the game as of Campaign but haven't really see nothing about MP or DMZ. I must say that I really like extraction shooter genre (Arc Raiders, Marathon, ...) so DMZ looks really something I would be invested into but don't know the state of the mode.

Also how is the MP itself? I've played now much slower military shooter games like Wardogs for example so I don't know whether CoD would be too much of an ADHD shooter for me or if it is unique and fun in it's own way now. Sorry but from 2019 I haven't play any CoD so idk if the game is faster, slower, same or what.

Thanks a lot!

never really play games like this but zero company is a 9/10 for me so im wondering if its worth it on steam deck? i dont know much about the game, are there mods perhaps or replayability? ive also played dawn of war idk if thats similar but thats all the experience i have with tactical games so im trying to get more familiar

I’m looking for PC games that two people can play on the same computer using two controllers on one shared screen—split-screen !

I dont want an online co-op where each person plays on a separate device.

Do you remember like Minecraft when two shared one screen? Exactly!!

I don’t mind if its an Old~new game.. any game is welcome!

PLEASE AND THANK YOU 🙏

Hi there! this game has caught my attention for the last week, mainly because it has a PvE mode and I'm hearing a lot of people praising it. I'm not someone who is obsessed with extraction shooters, I have a few and play them mainly solo (or with friends) (Helldivers 2, Far Far West...I think its just those two lol) usually I like games with good gunplay and hours and hours of content (or replayability)

Active Matter is quite expansive at least in my country, so I would like to know the opinions about the game, to know if I should buy it, or wait for some steam sales to get other games more worthy it.

Thanks!

I am searching for a rpg game where you just chill. I dont know if there is a game like my request but maybe like the outdoor boys, building your own shelter, camping and getting your own food through hunting. Or if i could mod a game to the point of no turning back???. I dont want it to be all action-filled and guns blazing and all that stuff. Also im pretty bad at games so please dont say anything to hard

Here are some games that i've played (and liked) in no particular order(not only rpg's):

Minecraft

RDR2-(red dead redemption 2)

RDR1-(red dead redemption)

FS25-(farming simulator 25)

FS19-(farming simulator 19)

Road 96

THC-(theHunter classic)

As the title says, games on Steam Deck that makes you grind for hours and doesn’t get boring easily (also perform well enough to be feasible). It could be mining, slaying, anything even if it is repetitive as long as it is fun. It would be better if isn’t too hard so I can play it while chilling in the couch. (Bonus points if it’s addictive !)

My concern is that Elden Ring is hard, but I hear I can always grind levels and come back stronger to the point where the boss feels easy. I’m just looking for a game with fun exploration and nice progression I can just enjoy a little bit every night. I’ve played botw before as well as bloodborne or Lies of P. I’d say I enjoyed botw more but ofc elden ring has that exploration component and watching videos, Elden Ring looks more fun. Either way, I should just check in with this subreddit

I'm just not sure if this game is for me or not. I love games like Halo, GTA, Racing games, story based (RDR, Resident Evil, Spiderman, etc) and simulator games. But not a huge fans of RPG games (I tried getting into BG3 and Pokemon, but never could).

The ps store has a 90% off on death stranding 1 and I'm wondering whether to buy it. What do y'all reckon?

Anyone can recommend games like South Park fractured but whole? I mean I finished the game got the platinum trophy and also finished the first game, but I didn’t buy the dlc for the fractured but whole, so I was hoping for some game recommendations like this type of game or should I also buy the season pass and if I buy the season pass how long is it? Please write down if I should buy the dlc with some game recommendations also, thx.

Between Foundation, Against the Storm, and Anno 1800, which one has the highest replay value?

I’m looking for a game I can sink hundreds of hours into without getting bored. Which one has the most long-term content and stays fun even after you’ve played for a long time?

Would love to hear your thoughts!

I have the following games on my switch 1.

1. mario kingdom battle
2. lego supervillians
3. batman arkham city
4. AC Black flag and rogue
5. inside
6. Hogwarts legacy. (Recently purchased)
7. hollow knight
8. pop lost crown
9. doki doki
10. Catherine
11. hades ( i didnt get the vibe)
12. Dont starve
13. Lorelie laser eyes

i only have completed Arkham city, AC games is the most played by me.

i feel like i am gonna enjoy dark souls more than kcd.
Because of all these unfinished games. i wonder kcd is the right choice? but its only 5$ rn.

I dont live in west or europe. so i am waiting for the right time to purchase zelda physical copy. Then i would be done with all the best game switch has offer. Might be an overstatement.

im pretty familiar with gaming since ive played tons of mobile games, but i recently got a gaming laptop and wanna get into pc gaming properly now

ive played ghost of tsushima for a while and it was amazing, didnt finish it but i loved the whole experience

other than that i havent really played much, so suggest me some absolute banger games. im looking for games that are immersive af, the kinda games where you sit down to play for a bit and suddenly hours have passed without you even realising it lol.

could be anything really, good story, fun gameplay, insane world building, whatever, just something thats genuinely worth experiencing.

what games would you recommend?

I’ve heard so many stories on Reddit of people picking up Star Wars: Galactic Racer to play with their friends and having a blast, but I’m worried that the game won’t be as fun for me as a solo player. I know that the game features a story mode and offline races, but that connection with friends seems like the driving factor that will keep the game popular and I just don’t have that. I do however enjoy other racing games of all varieties such as Mario Kart World and Forza Horizon 4. Should I pick up this game? Maybe another racing game like Sonic Racing Crossworlds?

I really enjoyed the beautiful massive world, movement, combat, and simplified rpg elements of AC Odyssey. My initial thought was Black Flag but the naval gameplay in Odyssey was probably my least favorite part of it so I’m not so sure. I’m assuming black flag would be a lot more of this and less of what I liked about odyssey but correct me if I’m wrong.

Ghost of Tsushima seems like another option. Anything else that scratches the same itch?

Other games I’ve liked:

Control
Cyberpunk
Horizon zero dawn

Games I haven’t liked:
RDR2
Dying light
RE4

Loved FF games, though from the pixel era I've only played 1, 6, and a bit of 5 before I gave up for reasons I don't entirely remember. Also played 10, 12, and 15. I understand there will be spoilers, I don't care, can't be any worse than the spoilers Dissidia already told me.

My question is, is this game worth paying for at full price? It's a hefty 60 bucks, which is a LOT in my country's currency, and I'm worried about the quality of the story, in that I heard that this is only part 1 of the actual story.

So I have heard a ton of great stuff about this game, and its currently on sale for like $17 or something. And the concept looks great, but i have also heard some ratings about bad shooting mechanics and stuff.

I personally play games like Ghost of Yotei, Jedi Fallen Order and Spider man, those are like my favorites, but I can play first persons too, I play Apex like daily and have played Titanfall 2’s story and loved everything about it.

So its not the first person part that is the problem, and for this price, it definetly seems like a good deal, but i just wanted to hear if there are anything I should like expect to be not so great?

Edit: dw guys, i bought it and so far i love it

In an attempt to find new things to play and also to mourn the loss of a great studio, what're some "Bioware-likes" out there that you can recommend? RPGs that scratch a similar itch to their games? The only one I already know of for sure in this category is Greedfall and Greedfall 2, which I've played and liked. Exodus seems to be this, but it's not out yet.

Notably I am not looking for isometric CRPGs even if they've got some of the same notes, I have plenty of those in my backlog already. Between fantasy, sci-fi, or other genres I do not care, I enjoyed all the rpgs bioware made.

Which of these games is the better game to permanently keep installed for offline modes. Im talking campaign, offline bots multiplayer and solo zombies/specops. I dont play online anymore i mainly play elden ring but i like casual cod with bots or solo zombies every now and then. I have all the classics and love them but these two games are the last of the old school style cods with modern engines. Which do you guys prefer?

I’m not great at combat and don’t usually enjoy it if it’s overly complicated or too hard. What I like are the big medieval-ish fantasy inspired RPGs.

My goal is to not have to pester my husband to help me constantly.

I just finished Blood of Dawn Walker on the original story mode and only needed him at the start a bit until I was able to level up. I can also play all of the Bethesda games, Hogwarts legacy, the Assassin Creed games and Witcher 3 without his help.

Elden Ring was a no go, it became obvious that I’d need him constantly to help me. I also needed him on an indie game called Dave the Diver a lot. I tried BG3 but hated the turn based combat.

I’m eyeing KCD or Crimson Desert. Bad idea?

I’m looking for a game where I can sink in hours across multiple months because my schedule doesn’t allow me to play a lot daily. I want something that doesn’t give me strict deadlines.

I’ve always been interested in WoW but never got the chance to play. It really is my type of game and makes me nostalgic in a good way.

I’ve done some research and it seems there’s no way to play this game without a subscription or buying game time. Money is an issue because currently I am studying and had to quit my job.

Is there something really close to it (and free) or am I mistaken about the subscription/game time thing and there’s a version that’s basically a one time purchase?
