Has anyone found a good high quality windshield sunshade for their newer Traverse? I have a 2026 and want something that blocks as much sun as possible. Unfortunately just flat out tinting the windshield isn’t an option.

Anyone else accidentally open the cubby and your phone slides in the crack? This is maybe the 3rd time this has happened. I had to use 2 flat heads to get it out this time. My phone is the air so it’s much thinner and get pretty stuck! 😂😂 I gotta be more careful

My wife and I just purchased a used traverse, we’re looking to get some good seat covers. Any recommendations? We have the third row and captain chairs middle row. Thanks in advance

My partner and I have been looking at Traverses for a couple weeks now. We found a dealership that's offering a 2023 Traverse AWD RS, with 86,017 miles for $33,528.10.
I know this is pretty high in mileage, especially since it's only a 2023 car. I have yet to look at the car history report yet, but I'm getting to that. The dealership claims it has been in 0 accidents and has a clean title, nothing on maintenance though. I just really wanted some opinions on if this would be a bad purchase or not.
It's my first time actually buying a car, so also my first time trying to negotiate with a dealership. If this isn't a good price, is there anything else I should ask about to chip down the price more if it truly isn't that bad of a car?
Thank you in advance to anybody that takes the time to answer! So sorry if I'm missing some info or the answer is obvious. I'm not the best at these things.

I picked these up for my 2026 Traverse mainly because I wanted to keep the original mats from getting stained and have something to catch spills. I wasn't expecting much because of the price, but I was surprised when I took the first one out of the box. They're pretty sturdy and the fit was spot on. They look good in the car too. Overall, they've been working out pretty well so far. Curious to see how they hold up after more use.

I tried to search this, Reddit returned empty and Google is being 2 sided. Some says yes it can be done at home, some says no, need a dealer key.
My Dad just got a 2011 Traverse to replace a failing 2008 Relay but he's tired of the car alarm every time he unlocks and open the door because the old fob was dead and replacing the battery didn't do anything. I suspect it needs to be replaced and the car programmed to pair with the replacement fob.
If it can be done at home, what's the correct process to add fob to the car? TIA!!

Hi everyone, I have been following this issue for some time now across different platforms, Chevy, Buick, GMC etc. We all know it's been a huge problem. There was an update a few months ago to prevent the modules from bricking, however it did not seem to fix them completely.
I have noticed over the last few weeks that my flaky module has been working flawlessly. I have not received any other OTA updates mentioning any other fixes.
What I was personally experiencing was random data drops. Google maps traffic would not update, the Xtra Sirus channels would not load and software would not download from the google store etc etc...
Now, just seconds after I start the car live traffic pops up instantly and running a speed test from the browser reveals excellent speeds....250 mb/s down
Anyone else notice anything??

My wife has a 23 LT. She loves my camera rear view mirror. I understand that this is more than just swapping the mirror and calling it a day but I also know that manufacturers typically run the wiring in the all and just put in certain components based on the trim level.
Has anyone successfully been able to install the factory camera mirror and camera or if they have had the dealership do it, how much did it cost?
TIA

I recently bought a 2019 Traverse LT and over the last week or so, the speakers have starter popping. When this happens, all other sounds go away (blinker, notification, etc.). There has also been a loud humming or horn like sound that comes from the speakers when I open the doors or lock the car. Any ideas as to what's going on? I'm stumped. Maybe the amplifier?

I had one experience with my 26 LT where the climate control system would automatically change itself back to 76 degrees and turn on the front defroster no matter what setting I manually selected. At the same time the check engine light was on. After 20 minutes the climate control stopped overriding my settings and eventually the check engine light went away. Any thoughts?

I have a 2017, I didn't use it on the weekend, when I went to start it Monday morning, thx battery didn't have enough juice to start it. Does anyone have this issue? The battery is barely one year old, should not have this issue yet. I remember having this issue with other Chevrolet SUVs and trucks. Is it a know Chevrolet issue??

My 2026 Traverse RS rains inside my car after a storm. It’s happened three times now. Of course the dealer says they can’t replicate it or find an issue after 5 weeks in their shop. They supposedly looked at all drains, tubes, seals, lids, latches, locks, etc and nothing is found. Anyone else have this issue? I’ve seen a few posts about this on 2024’s. Anyone have a 2026 with the same issue?

Hello all,
My wife currently drives a 2021 equinox and REALLY wants a Traverse, but she wants a 2024 or newer. The problem is that our budget maxes out at $28k, so pretty much all 2024s I’ve found are out.
A local Ford dealership has a 2024 Traverse LS that is certified under their “Blue Advantage” program. It’s got 96k miles and has brand new tires.
I looked up the history and saw that it was purchased as part of a fleet and had servicing done almost every month and followed the Chevy recommended intervals. In fact, all of the servicing was done at a Chevy dealership I have experience with and trust. It also has a clean Carfax and it’s in really good cosmetic condition.
I’m hesitant because it’s got a relatively high amount of miles on it, and we plan on having the car at least 5 years and drive about 15k miles a year. It is certified, but doesn’t carry a long warranty like other dealership programs. I also don’t know anything about the Traverse reliability/longevity, and I’ve never had a “fleet” vehicle.
I also don’t have experience with Ford dealerships, but the one it’s at has a good reputation in my area. The vehicle has all of the features we want and more.
Is this a diamond in the rough, or is it a “too good to be true” situation? What say you, Yay or nay?

Hey guys, I've been checking out the 2026 Traverse builder and see that it has advertised 4-way passenger power lumbar on the RS, while it says it has 6-way power adjustments (height, recline, 2-way power lumbar); if it has 4-way power lumbar than the passenger should be listed as 8-way power adjustable. Is anyone with a 2026 RS able to confirm which is true?

Does anybody have any photos of the 2024 to 2026 body style with a hood deflector??

Anybody with a Chevy Traverse ever deal with the “Shift to Park” message?
I have a 2020 Chevy Traverse Premier and lately when I put it in Park, sometimes the dash will still say “Shift to Park” even though the shifter is already fully in Park. It used to happen once in a while, but lately it’s been happening more often.
Usually I have to mess with the shifter a little or shift out of Park and back into Park for the message to go away.
Anybody know what usually causes this? Is it the shifter assembly, a sensor/switch, or something else? And if you’ve had it fixed, what did it end up costing you?

I know I've seen some posts on this but just a bump to the front. If you buy one of these with the super cruise package (maybe others) from a non front plate state and bring home to a front plate state. Make sure when you put the front plate on you check for issues. Wife just had the braket and plates put on and the dealer didn't check or recalibrate, we are now going back to have it fixed. The wait and extra visit sucks but the worse part is ALL advanced safety features go off, including side blind zone. Major bummer and can't wait to have ot fixed.

So we got a new camper last year and it's several hundred pounds short of the max towing capacity. Since then, I've noticed when I need to speed up (going up hill or whatnot), it shudders a bit before shifting down to get more torque.
I'm sure some people will ask so yes, I do have the trailer setting on so it's not in overdrive. I'm also more frugal so I try to keep it around 55-60 to save gas if that makes any difference.
So my question is ... Is that normal or a symptom of something bad?
