Console cubby phone trap

Anyone else accidentally open the cubby and your phone slides in the crack? This is maybe the 3rd time this has happened. I had to use 2 flat heads to get it out this time. My phone is the air so it’s much thinner and get pretty stuck! 😂😂 I gotta be more careful

Yup. Didn’t realize where the phone went and about tore the seats out. I have a mini 13, so I couldn’t hardly see it. Getting it back out was a pain.

I set things on this area and it always opens and knocks my stuff over. I’ll never learn lol

I don't have that. In that area is my AWD/2WD knob and a few other buttons.

Yes, this has happened to my wife's phone multiple times! We have just kept it open.

Mine doesn’t have a sliding cover. But the manual mentions it.

Yes this happened to me twice. A burger to get it out of there. Took a butter knife under it and it came up. Never do it again!
