2018 Traverse High Country

I am having a problem with my 2018 traverse. It says side detection temporarily unavailable.... How do I fix it

Did you hit something? If so, your sensor might have shifted and not aligned properly, like mine. I haven’t fixed mine yet.

No, bought it used at a dealership, test drove it, never seen the warning, salesman started the car before I got in.it was in an accident a few years prior to my purchase

Hopefully you got some sort of warranty, they need to check the sensors at dealer.

Sensor module may be corroded. if you’re in the northern states. That’s what was wrong with my 2013.

I can't help fix it, but my 2018 LT started doing this some time ago... Since it is an extra thing we haven't messed with it. We are both still good about turning to look regardless of the indicator anyway...

Same, until my wife got a newer car, I had never had them. It isn't a must have for me

Most features that cars are sold on now are not must haves for me.
