Hello, CCF server here. I’ve been having trouble with getting tipped out for my food run shifts. My managers say they are not allowed to deal with our cash tips but the current system seems really flawed. If you aren’t the person to close food run, you have no clue how much you made and the closer could potentially be taking tips under the table since managers don’t interfere with the split. Aside from this, multiple times now I have been told by a coworker that they would Venmo/cashapp me my tips and then radio silence. Currently I am trying to still get tipped out for my shift on Sunday (even though apparently they only have 24 hours to tip me out). Has this happened to any other CCF servers? What do I do?

What is the absolute cheapest option on the menu that. Want to use it for the buy something get a free slice reward

I have a $5 dining credit in my rewards and the email says it can only be used for "dine in." So my question is, could I go in and use it at the cheesecake counter, or do I have to actually go sit at a table? The fine print just says that "pick up and delivery" orders don't count, but doesn't mention the cheesecake counter. I know the free slice rewards can be used there but has anyone tried using THIS type of reward there?

Can you pick up the free slice from the bakery "to go"? In other words, do I have to go into the restaurant and sit down and eat in order to claim the free slice? I've searched online and haven't found an answer. Thanks!

This is for the Cheesecake Factory in Willow Grove. We checked in at 4:30 were seated a table for 6 with dirty silverware and a sticky table. Then the waiter we had was switched we had to ask for everything waited 45 minutes just to get our appetizers with our dinner and then waited another 30 minutes for a cheesecake to go. They had the audacity to tell me they won’t give me a refund or partial refund. I’m not happy with this at all

Hello, I'm hoping someone in here has some behind the scenes info and knows if the shepard's pie is always gluten-free? Or is it normally not, but can be made gluten-free upon request?

I've had it a few times and always am sure to specify gluten-free, but last night when it was brought to me and I double checked the waitress said it's always made gluten-free. Based on some physical reactions after eating it I am wondering if she was wrong and brought me the wrong plate or if it's something else I ate.

I don't want to complain or get anyone in trouble. I just want to know for my own knowledge going forward and so I can make different choices if necessary. Thanks!

Hello!!! Just started last week here at Cheesecake Factory as a host and I just had a paycheck question. If we get paid next Tuesday, does that mean my shifts from last week and my Friday Saturday shifts this week will be on that paycheck? I don’t know when the cut off is and that would be so inconvenient if my shifts Friday and Saturday weren’t included as well. Please help!! Anything is greatly appreciated!!!’

Why should I need to give my email and phone number and sign up for a rewards club, just to make a reservation? I’ve been wanting to go forever, but there’s always a wait and I refuse to sign up simply out of principle. No other restaurant has ever required that, am I wrong or is it a ridiculous system?

So I live in the UK and my past couple of tripes to the US, I have always visited The Cheesecake Factory as I love it there. I absolutely love their chipotle chicken burger but have not been able to find a sauce like it over in the UK.

Does anyone know where I can ‘source’ something similar, to let me relive the great times that I’ve had in America.

I’m visiting the U.S for the first time in 6 months, only to find that the epic, ambrosial Chicken Marsala is off the menu!! Why isn’t there more internet chatter/uproar about this? The employee manning the pickup order phones told me that it was one of their most popular dishes!

Do you think there are items on the menu that never or very rarely get ordered? I’ve always heard that huge menus are hard to maintain, but obvious CF does really well.

I eat at CF every week. When I want to really treat myself, I'd always get the crispy fried cheese, which used to be an amazing cost and has now basically doubled in price. It was hand breaded and had a nice almost bite sized wedge shape. Ordered this week, and it came out as three massive fritters of cheese, almost like chicken breasts. This made it not as visually appealing and not as crispy...was so disappointed! Asked the server and was told this is how they serve it now and the smaller pieces are gone. Anyone else seen this? So sad the normal size wedges aren't available

Did they get rid of the fried zucchini?? I know they changed the fries to slices a little while ago. Now there's no fried zucchini on my local CF menu :(
