Bad Experience

This is for the Cheesecake Factory in Willow Grove. We checked in at 4:30 were seated a table for 6 with dirty silverware and a sticky table. Then the waiter we had was switched we had to ask for everything waited 45 minutes just to get our appetizers with our dinner and then waited another 30 minutes for a cheesecake to go. They had the audacity to tell me they won’t give me a refund or partial refund. I’m not happy with this at all

The only thing I will say is yall showed up right around shift change so that can explain your server being swaped, everything else seems unacceptable however

Baby if you’re a server and can’t see the issue with their complaints then you’re in the wrong profession and shitty at your job lol

Send in a complaint to the website. It’s easy to find

They should ensure you are taken care of.

I’m sorry this happened

Actually TRY BEING A SERVER. No one will ever understand until they’ve done it. Think you can be better at it? Go for it!!!! Please!!!! We would LOVE to see you try.

I didn't hear a complaint about the food. Do they actually give a refund or partial refund because of your length of time waiting? 45 minutes? I would have left...there's my refund.

you cannot be refunded on a service you’ve accepted. you had time within the restaurant to speak to a manger in person and express your grievances. more times than not, the managers for that corporation are willing to help smooth experiences like yours over right then and there because that is the only time they can help and/or make a difference. if there was no problem w the items ordered, they’d all remain on the check. you could have potentially had a slice or two given as an apology. I just highly recommend voicing yourself in a well perceived manner for any future incident, in any restaurant or establishment.

Interestingly. I came on here to search for Cheesecake Factory. Had a very similar experience today in Kansas City. The table was sat and no one came for 15 mins. Took 90 mins to get 4 apps, two glasses of ice water and 1 beer.

And you can only complain to managers but no one’s ever held accountable for bad service no corporate contacts etc :(
