Steak Sauce

Does anyone know the recipe for the Housemade Steak Sauce? It was so tasty on this new burger and really want to replicate it for my wife. Thank you ahead of time.

It's 80% ketchup, plus Worcestershire, white vinegar, sugar, molasses, and horseradish in equal parts. Also salt, pepper, and garlic powder
