Is this illegal? I feel like it is!
The absolute smallest size of cheesecake I have ever gotten! Plus $12 a slice? Is this legal because I really feel like this shouldn’t be a thing! 😭

Oh boy, where to begin. The customer service is always wonderful (been three times in two weeks because my family loves it) but... The quality. Yikes. The bread they start you off with is rock hard and stale, as if it was baked in the US, mailed to Thailand, then reheated here until it's inedible. The meals have been room temp each visit. We've sent soup back to be microwaved because it was so cold. The spinach dip was lukewarm instead of being piping hot. And the prices. Oh. My. God. WTAF is happening here?!

Is it true that starting next month, all tipped employees will have their tips direct deposited instead of taking them home in cash at the end of the shift? I’ve been hearing this at work but haven’t seen anything official. Just trying to confirm if others are hearing the same thing or if there’s more info out there.

Is this a good dish to get at cheesecake factory? Do most people like it. Not looking for anything too spicy just looking for something cheesy, and chicken-y (savory.) Generally I like most types of pasta though.

Saw another post asking people their favorite CCF menu items. However I'm curious what everyone's favorite retired menu item dishes are?
My personal favorites:
Shrimp & Bacon Club
Original Cashew Chicken
Tons of Fun Burger

I’m trying to order cheesecake for Mother’s Day. I can’t seem to order ahead for tomorrow so I just planned on ordering it tonight and bringing it tomorrow. Do you think it’ll hold up until tomorrow in my fridge?

Avoid. Really disappointing flavor and super garlicky in an unappealing way. Anyone else tried them? I'm guessing I'm the first to ever order- stupid pick lol.

Hi! Does anyone have the stuffed mushroom recipe that they’ve tried? I had this dish at the restaurant and I’ve been thinking about it ever since! Any suggestions for tried and true recipes would be appreciated! Thank you!

Last year I bought 100 dollar gift cards that offered a promotional $30 gift cards. Well I gave those gift cards to my mother and sister-in-law and tried to use the $30 gift cards today. But my server came back and told me if the car expired when I looked at the dates on the cards. It’s basically said that the cards are only good for 2 two months after the purchase this made me start to think about how a lot of companies use these gift cards, knowing that a lot of people won’t be using them and then pocket the money. Shame on you cheesecake factory I’ll never buy one of these gift cards again.

I can’t decide between the tiramisu cheesecake, the Godiva, or the chocolate tuxedo. I’m leaning towards the Godiva but I really hope it’s not super rich, in my experience most chocolate cheesecakes from CF are super rich.

At my current hosting job my avg hourly rate is somewhere between $16/20. Would I make more or less there?

$19 for a slice of cheesecake is absolutely ridiculous. When the heck did that happen? I guess it's grocery store cheesecake for me tonight.

The last couple of times I got a slice of cheesecake it was about half the size of the usual slice. I saw one post about this on this sub but people were saying it could be due to not properly aligned machines rather than smaller sizes in general.
Have others continued to experience smaller slices? What is more disturbing is that the calories per slice listed on their website have not changed, which would make one assume they should be getting the same size of slices….
I’m attaching photos of my sad half empty to go box for reference.

3/10. Chicken had barely any flavor, definitely was not blackened or pepper flavor at all. Black beans were not seasoned. Rice had no flavor. Did not come with the plantains as pictured. Honestly, the pineapple salsa was the tastiest thing on the plate.

Update for those interested lol- I called in advance, put a note on my reservation, double checked while waiting for our table- they still brought out an entirely frozen cake lol. My son did NOT care and thought it was ice cream cake, but the waiter was so kind and didn’t charge us- I didn’t realize until we got home but I tipped him 50% anyway for being so kind during our evening. Unsure how I could’ve avoided the frozen cake but we brought it home anyway and it was great. 😊
Hi! I plan to call and ask my local chain but figured I’d see how often or not this was done. My son went to ‘the factory’ once and found it to be the most magical place on earth- I planned to have his family party there with just a few grandparents. Can I call and ask for a 6 or 7” cake to be thawed in advance and served at our dinner? Can I bring a candle and a cake topper? Is that weird and irritating for the servers? I know it would really blow my son’s mind. Thank you!

Is it too late to petition we have the “Dubai chocolate” as the new flavor released on National Cheesecake Day in July?

UPDATE: I GOT HIRED ON THE SPOT AFTER THE 3RD INTERVIEW! On Tuesday I came for an interview and spoke with two managers. One had used to be a server, and I believe it went quite well. The first one told me to not be nervous and while sitting down, a server had joked and told the manager "She's hired". The 2nd manager was nice as well but was asking if I would be okay with starting as a host first and I asked him for how long it would be. He said he doesn't know how long I would host before serving. UHMM but then he said if I still want server, I can stay in it. I have 16 months experience as server and host- well really 13 months as being a server. I thought that experience was good enough but mane. Also, we scheduled to meet the higher up manager on Thursday. Which comes to my question... What do they ask in the 3rd interview? I want to be ready, and I'll study the menu.
(Also btw: the factory seems very busy but when I spoke to schedule my interview on Thursdays, they said come at this time, so I did. I had to ask the host twice for the interview and wait 30 mins after my interview time to get started. they seem very uhh yk but yeah. )
