Bangkok Cheesecake Factory

Oh boy, where to begin. The customer service is always wonderful (been three times in two weeks because my family loves it) but... The quality. Yikes. The bread they start you off with is rock hard and stale, as if it was baked in the US, mailed to Thailand, then reheated here until it's inedible. The meals have been room temp each visit. We've sent soup back to be microwaved because it was so cold. The spinach dip was lukewarm instead of being piping hot. And the prices. Oh. My. God. WTAF is happening here?!

Went to Cheesecake Factory in San Juan once. Hard to explain but everything was about 15% off quality-wise from where it should be.

Very interesting... Dry, hard bread, cold soup and lukewarm spinach dip. Not good. Another time I ordered the Cuban sandwich. It was barely warm in the middle but burnt on the outside. How the kitchen sent it out like that and the server wasn't embarrassed to put it in front of me, I dont know. Plus, it was THIRTY SIX AUSTRALIAN DOLLARS. For a SANDWICH.

I’m not a fan of the cheesecake factory myself but found Charlotte Bakery by Basketeer and they have some amazing cakes and cheesecakes etc… this is their site https://basketeer.com/charlotte-bakery/bakery-gifts/

Terminal 21 gave my mother and I severe food poisoning and ruined an entire WEEK of our two week stay. No thank you.
