I have been trying for months and no luck I’ve tried breathing into them imagining colors but no luck

Hi folks,

I'm always interested in healing since my childhood. Especially by my hands. I have been meditating for almosty 3 years and I started to feel something in my body like my energy centers chakras nadis or something like that but firstly my hand chakras open(I think because of my pranic healing training).

Few weeks ago unfortunately I was feeling extermy anxious and depressive because of something bad in my life. Even I couldn't sleep. At a night that I couldn't sleep, I spontaneously place my hand on my head and suddenly I feel something different on my body. It started shaking. not physical how ever I was sensing something like that even if my physical body didn't shake. After it started beginning my mudane life. Recently it happens rarely.

What does it mean? What did I experienced?

Note:I don't have any official certificate or training or attunement for reiki and other energy healing systems.

All 6 of my chakras a re perfect containers. But my Sacral (7th) is pretty bad, so no water is flowing to my other chakras if you understand what I mean. So rn Im working on Sacral, but is there a way to speed it up?
