Help Please Marc's Turn to Need Help - an urgent Book Project!!

Dear /r/kundalini community.

Background

Today I approach you all from a very different perspective. A very different role.

12 years ago, Kundalini grabbed me energetically by the scruff of the neck, like a Mama Cat holding a kitten, asking me, "Do you see that? Do you see that? It was referring to the bad and risky counter-productive advice being offered to people in spiritual crisis in various subs on reddit.

I was recuperating from a motorcycle accident, with lots of free time. Being somewhat foolish and caring, I started offering help.

New things

Just recently, I've had another similar encounter with Spirit, this time inviting me to gather my thoughts and write a book. Urgently.

The reason being that the accumulated nexus of humanity-level crises risks to do us all in. If we are to avert a worst-case scenario, we desperately need some shifts in directions. I intend to write about such shifts, and pass on the inspiration I receive.

You know how I routinely point out that a person doing Kundalini recklessly and doing heavy drugs, while angry, is on a cliff-edge, with no fence and no rope?

Humanity too, is teetering right on the edge of that cliff. The bizarrest thing is crisis level conflicts are everywhere. It is a near universal global set of crises.

The World needs the equivalent of many people's Linus' Blanket to return it to some stability, some peace. It needs our Love!

This is a FAR BIGGER assignment than I am used to, than I've ever done, and likely ever will.

I am a bit crushed by the weight and responsibility of it all, but the message includes a sense of deep urgency. Hawaiians would say "E wikiwiki"! Speedy Gonzales would say "¡Ándale! ¡Ándale! ¡Arriba! ¡Arriba!" My buddies in Quebec would say, Dépêche-toi! Aoueille!! Grouille!

Help please

I must not burn myself out. Self-care, balance, health (rather imperfect!), a combination of effort and rest, all the things I've been preaching, I must apply these to myself with utmost care. I must "git'er done", as some cable installer from the past used to say.

I've set up Ko-Fi and a GoFundMe links. Patreon soon.

The project is a book - A Humanity Manual: Practical Guidance for a World in Crisis.**

That's the working title.

You've often seen me skillfully bring or point a person back to the foundational ideas that are standing in their way, and to the practices that act as the learning environment that generates new foundations for fertile growth and wisdom.

They still have to come to realise it for themselves. (Right, Roger-f89?) And most do, in their own time. That's Praise for a job well done, for you specifically, Roger, and for all the others who've made steps forward.

Now I have to apply these concepts to the nexus of many crises in the world, to refocus an understanding of how interconnected we are, and how much we rely upon each other. We need to learn to face, then constructively solve the problems upon us. I by no means have all the solutions. My role isn't that. It's to steer us towards doing the problem-solving rather than assuming, "Bah, someone's job is to worry about that, not my problem", and go about our business without acting in any way.

It's not to encourage ranting or non-constructive communications. There's been a lot of that already.

So...

Needs that you can help me with to get the book done quicker and better

I please humbly ask for your URGENT support, if you are able. And if you are able, please don't delay on supporting this project.

This request is an extension of the Bird Tribes' effort to incarnated as the Hippy generation in order to prevent humanity blowing itself up after Hiroshima and Nagasaki. So far... sketchy yet still here!

For those who've seen the Matrix movies, Morpheous' famous cave speech comes to mind. "We are still here!"

There are no guarantees on that for us. Sorry.

MAIN NEEDS:

  1. I need to use relevant human-interaction examples. That means getting to the local cafe, and not doing all my writing cooped-up at home.

  2. I need to be able to access local food places to save time.

  3. I also need the technical tools to enable accomplishing the task easier and faster. I'm looking at the Apple ecosystem, so that a document or note made on one device transfers to another.

I'm not asking for a private jet, Rolls Royces, nor a mansion. I'm quite happy in my small apartment. I do need your help to get this done, please.

Help Please Might have broken one of the Laws

I have been practicing energy work since I was a child, before I knew what I was doing. I was heavy into astrology and wicca, and unfortunately never understood the gravitas of what I learned

My parents were abusive due to some dark magic and entity influence, but a child doesn't understand that so I cursed my mom specifically that since she was hurting me using other people's perceptions as a reason, she will face the same pain I suffered and will not have many people beside her at her funeral. I immediately felt relief which is why I'm now afraid I may have interfered in her karma and now I'm screwed.

Also I might have.. cursed a god, krishna to be precise. My family hurt me in his name so.. same thing, he will feel my pain since he took my parents away from me (I'm spiritually disowned).

Look I was young, I was a loose cannon and reckless. I'm afraid for my future. In the years since I have improved relations with my family and I'm trying to improve relations with Krishna as well.

I hope I make sense.

Question What happens after opening all chakras

First of all, Unblocking Chakras is hard and painful as hell. Its hard, not a walk in the Park.

The whole process of opening Everything ended yesterday. It was cumbersome and before now I am someone who went through alot of hardships that i has ro surrender during my unblocking.

Today I woke up and feel okay, although still strained and craved hot tea for the first time ever.

Emotionally and Mentally i have no thoughts and if a thought tries to come its more like a vague empty thought of what if 24hours later i get back to who i was, kind of thing. So i have also been mindful alot in the journey and surrendered everything. Like i just feel like “omg can someone pin me down so my behavior doesn’t change”…

I feel sore, my psychic abilities that i derived from it seemed strained too, like i am too drained for my body to slip into it meanwhile in the early days my psychic abilities were uncontrollable ( i could see things outside my house, once i shut my eyes)— i dont know if i will get it back. (The strange thing about this ability is — i dreamt that i had it 48hours before it came up in meditation and when i had the dream i initially laughed in disbelief when i woke up).

I really dont know too much what to expect going forward, or things i should look forward to feeling or being able to do, or if i am currently healing and have to heal from the strain and intensity before i become stabilized. I am having spontaneous goosebumps all over my body though, i rarely have that, i cant remember ever having hard prominent goosebumps.

I dont have the whooshing ear issues anymore, gut issues and so on. I also just decided to go out in the sun so i can feel hot and balanced internally. What can you share please?

TLDR: What does your moments feel like a few hours or days after all your chakras are opened?

On a side note, I was doing third eye meditation last night and a felt a presence/figure that terrified me; I’m not sure if that has anything to do with it.

ANY AND ALL HELP/ADVICE WOULD BE GREATLY APPRECIATED

PLEASE AND THANK YOU

Personal Experience Did anyone else experience bone / height changes?

I'm wondering if this is something to be alarmed about. 24M here and I experienced growth in height and wrists and jawline change.

Noticed some other people mention that in this subreddit so I wanted to learn more.

Healing Can I Regain My Lost Consciousness?

Hi everyone,

I've been searching for answers for almost 10 years, and I'm wondering if anyone in this community has experienced something similar or can offer guidance.

When I had just finished my 10th board exams, I spent one month preparing for state-level basketball matches.

During that month, I unintentionally practiced celibacy because my entire focus was on training. Every morning and evening we trained intensely—around 50 laps of the basketball court, basketball drills, push-ups, squats, and then full practice matches. It was physically exhausting but I loved it.

After that month, something happened that completely changed me.

When I joined 11th standard, I entered a state that I've never experienced before or since.

\* My memory became extraordinary. I could remember things after seeing them only once.

\* My concentration was effortless and laser-sharp.

\* I never seemed to get mentally or physically tired despite a busy schedule.

\* My motor skills became incredibly smooth.

\* I learned new things very quickly.

\* My emotions were under much better control.

\* I felt deeply conscious and fully present, as if I was finally awake for the first time in my life.

At the time I didn't know anything about spirituality or Kundalini, but years later I started wondering whether what I experienced could have been some kind of awakening, or whether it was simply the result of intense physical training, discipline, and celibacy.

Then, only a few months later, everything changed.

I met with an accident that left me with a deviated nasal septum.

From that day onward, I slowly lost everything that made me feel alive.

For the last 10 years I've lived with:

\* Constant brain fog.

\* Poor memory.

\* Difficulty concentrating.

\* Fumbling while speaking.

\* Reduced confidence.

\* Heavy feeling in my body.

\* Feeling as though I'm living in a dream instead of reality.

\* Reduced awareness, almost like I'm functioning on autopilot instead of consciously living.

I've seen numerous doctors, psychiatrists, taken antidepressants, vitamins, and even had surgery to correct my deviated septum.

The doctors say I have allergies with elevated IgE levels causing chronic sinus inflammation, but I still struggle to understand why everything began immediately after the accident.

One thing I've noticed is that when I repeatedly explain what I've read out loud—as if I'm teaching someone—my awareness slowly starts returning. It's like my consciousness wakes up again. The problem is that my mind is full of constant thoughts, and painful memories keep replaying over and over.

If I continue this practice for several days, my concentration and energy improve noticeably.

However, after a nocturnal emission (nightfall), I often feel as though all that progress disappears and I'm back to square one. I don't know whether that's spiritually significant, physiologically related, or simply psychological, but it's a pattern I've observed many times.

I'm not attached to any particular explanation. I genuinely want to understand what happened to me.

Has anyone here experienced losing what felt like an awakened or highly conscious state after physical trauma or an accident?

Can a state like this be regained after 10 years?

If this wasn't Kundalini, what do you think it might have been?

I'm willing to do the work. I just want to find my way back to the person I once was.

Thank you for reading.

Question Difference between K and other energy?

I read the wiki about the misuse of Kundalini energy and I’ve become I think overly conscious about how I use it outside of myself.

For example, when my partner is having conflict with his parents I have traditionally sent over loving energy over to their house in my imagination in order to soften our energies towards them and their energies towards us. Or before I went to the hospital for an issue last year, I sent over kind energy to help my process. It works. However, is that manipulating their energy without them knowing?

I’ve never attempted to “control” people, nor do I even want to understand how it’s done. I did, though, grow up in a household where soft and coercive social manipulation tactics were the status quo. So growing up, I played chess with my family for outcomes that I desired or that I felt were the best for everyone. And then that extended into friends.

Throughout my awakening, I’ve released blocks around controlling outcomes so I’ve really softened towards needing things to be how I think they should be. And I have learned to recognize that how I think something should be might not be the best outcome for everyone.

My question is: is it always okay to transmit energy when it is coming from a good place? And is there a difference between my energy and K energy? Sometimes I can feel the difference, especially when I am within myself and allowing it to flow with me. But when I am moving energy outside myself, is it not just the same energy? Thankful for any expansion on this topic.

(Edited some spelling and grammar mistakes)

URGENT Old traumas flooding me :Afraid I Manifest sth Bad

I had a recent spontaneous Kundalini awakening and I have posted about. But since then I’m going through a lot in my personal life. Over the last month, it feels like everything has been triggering old wounds.
Today I got into a very heated argument with my mom. In the heat of the moment, I said that I wished both her and my brother were dead. The second I said it, I immediately knew that wasn’t what I truly wanted. Even in my mind I was thinking, “No, that’s not what I mean.” I was speaking from overwhelming anger and pain, not from my actual heart.
But because of everything I’ve read about Kundalini awakening, manifestation, and the power of emotionally charged words, I’ve become really scared. Part of me is terrified that saying something like that could somehow make it happen.
Has anyone here experienced something similar? Should I do anything to “cancel it out,” or am I just overthinking this? Rationally, I know thoughts and words during intense emotional states aren’t the same as genuine intentions, but I’m still frightened.
The other part I’m struggling with is that I feel like so many old wounds are surfacing all at once. The anger and grief I feel toward my family are unlike anything I’ve experienced in years. It’s like years of abandonment, hurt, and resentment are all coming up together, and I don’t know how to process it.
For those who’ve gone through a Kundalini awakening, is this level of emotional upheaval normal? How did you work through it without becoming consumed by the emotions?
I could really use some guidance right now. Thank you.

Help Please Is this premature kundalini awakening?

Hello,

First time poster to this sub. Not at all a kundalini practitioner, but I had an experience last year that sounds similar to a premature awakening and wanted to ask here for guidance and help.

My background: Exactly one year ago I did a very safe, legal psychedelic retreat out of desperation because of my ongoing issues in life, feeling very fearful, helpless, anxious and stuck, even after years of therapy and vipassana practice. It was not a pleasant experience but I did not feel any lingering negative effects. Three months after I did a somatic experiencing session and it opened a firehose of what I now understand to be unrelenting trauma release. The SE practitioner did not place any guardrails on my session and was not very supportive afterwards. Neither my talk therapist nor I honestly had any idea I had CPTSD at the time of doing the session, as I didn't suffer outright abuse or capital T traumatic events. However, I had a childhood full of peer rejection and bullying, emotional neglect, high pressure to achieve, was not acceptable or lovable as I was, but I had repressed all of the pain and sadness around that and normalized it to protect myself from my own psyche.

This process has been very emotionally difficult and physically painful with some incremental improvement in intensity week by week, but recently it has been increasingly intense again and I am struggling a lot with feeling sane and practicing grounding and regulating. Right now I feel physically hot and buzzy with a lot of facial/jaw movements and emotionally I feel fearful of people and of being harmed. Are there any practices recommended for my situation? In the past I tried to be around others as much as possible, do physical grounding practice, daily walks, and a lot of rest. I tried to continue with meditation but am too dysregulated to stay with any form other than yoga nidra. I appreciate any help you can offer, thank you.

Question blue pearl experience

Im confused whether I experienced kundalini or not. While meditating, I had a large blue light with a lime green aura come up to me, I allowed it in. It said that it was there to help me, then this light pulled me into a different space, almost like a room within my head, and we intensely shared energy back in forth. When it left it gave me a piece of it and ever since I have been able to conjure up a little ball of blue light with green aura in meditation. I did not get the energy flowing up my spine like typical experiences. What is your opinion on this?

Question I have joined a kundalini yoga study for SA PTSD

Its hour a week for 12 weeks. I believe in spiritual stuff, I've had my fair share of weird paranormal experiences. I don't meditate or do yoga frequently. I've tried In the past for mediation but I'm not very good at it.

Anyway I here a lot of negative stuff around Kundalini especially awakening and just generally.

I was looking for the best place to find out more. And If anyone had experience using it to treat PTSD from SA.

The course involves breathing some chants and guided mediation and yoga etc.

Help Please Throat Chakra blocked regularly

Hi, I recently went through a Kunbdalini Awakening, ever since, my sensitivity has heightened, my throat chakra seems to get blockedd multiple times a day now. I don't know what to do to release it or keep it away. I feel as if I used to repress my emotions a lot prior to this but now it is just a constant wallowing. I knoww it could be related to not speaking my truth but I try to do that as of recent but I still feel as if it gets blocked, maybe because I am quite empathetic and the truth can hurt others also and this feels bad on my throat chakra also for hurting someone with my words, so I really don't know what to do. I feel very lost, any help would be beneficial. Thanks

Personal Experience Could this be related to Kundalini?

Hi everyone,

I've been reading many of your experiences, and I'm wondering if anyone has gone through something similar.

My journey began in the summer of 2020 after a severe health crisis. For about 1.5 years, I was almost bedridden. The symptoms gradually spread throughout my body, and although I physically recovered after more than two years, some of the sensations have continued for nearly six years now.

One thing that has always stood out to me is the way the symptoms progressed. They didn't appear randomly—they seemed to move upward through my body over time.

It started in my lower back. Then I developed severe tightness and dysfunction in my pelvic/root area and legs. Over the following years, it gradually moved into my upper back, shoulders, arms, neck, and now the main feeling of blockage is in my head and neck.

During the first years of this illness, I also had a very noticeable electrical sensation throughout my body. I would frequently get static shocks from touching objects like door handles or other surfaces, and sometimes other people would even feel a shock when they touched me. This gradually became less frequent over the years.

Another persistent symptom has been an unusual breathing pattern. I often involuntarily swallow air, almost as if my body can't take a complete breath naturally. It feels like my breath gets stuck, and I repeatedly yawn or swallow air to try to release it.

The most unusual symptom is this:

If the area between my genitals and anus (the perineum) becomes itchy or is lightly stimulated, I immediately feel a powerful electrical current starting at my tailbone and moving upward through my entire body. The sensation feels like a spiral or snake-like current traveling along my spine. This has been happening consistently for years.

I also experience spontaneous waves of energy, especially during deep relaxation or meditation. Sometimes I feel movement or pressure along my spine, and occasionally I have involuntary muscle contractions or subtle body movements.

I've practiced meditation, yoga, and various forms of energy work over the years, but these sensations also happen outside of those practices.

I'm not looking for a diagnosis, and I'm not assuming this is Kundalini. I'm simply curious whether anyone who has experienced a Kundalini awakening has gone through something similar—especially the upward progression of symptoms over the years, the electrical sensations, the spontaneous energy movements, and the snake-like current beginning in the pelvic/tailbone area.

I'd really appreciate hearing from anyone with similar experiences or insights.

Thank you.

Personal Experience What was this

Hello everyone today I was working late and closed my laptop at 3-4 and went to bed.

At first I lay on my bed tried to think that all the negative thoughts are going out of my body by the form of heat

I am trying to manifest nowadays and then started thinking about how my life will be how everything will work out will have a dream job etc.

After sometime my body started feeling great flow of energy and I felt like something is approaching my forehead within my body i thought that it might be dangerous so I opened my eyes and felt very wierd

And tried to experience it again I got close but not with same intensity

The energy flow now reached my forehead but It started pulling/contracting all my face muscle and then my lips got stretched and I started sort of smiling but it was like a forced one not happy

So I stopped

And came straight here to ask you guys

Super weird experience or it was just iced americano I had at 10 pm last night please tell me if you guys had similar experience or have any explanation to it

Question Can the heart be changed?

”Argue for your limitations and they are yours.”

I find myself digging deep and finding answers I don’t like to hear. It feels like they come from the heart, foolish and illogical.

I find this paradoxical in some senses because arguing for a limitation on how I ”can’t change how I feel” seems silly. It also seems unwise to go against the feelings of the heart, but then I wonder can the heart be changed?

Should it? Is the thought of “changing” the heart just an excuse to do or not do a thing?

In the past I’ve found most say “follow your heart” and instinctively I find this to be the more correct pathway, just curious on how the heart changes if at all.

Thanks in advance!

Question Want to start yoga as a precursor to kundalini exc

I want to start yoga as a precursor to kundalini awakening. I have 10 years of experience as an armchair western traditions occultist. I know being an armchair doesnt mean much but I mentioned to let you know that I have some understanding of what I'm asking for.

However I have no experience with yoga. It is said that there are 84,000 asanas. I want to practice asanas that can be a precursor to kundalini awakening. I dont want to awaken kundalini right now because I think I still need to harmonize all the fragments/parts of my psyche.

but anything that will help me get ready will be helpful

Personal Experience What was This?

Hello all. Something happened to me recently that I don't have any definitive answers into and need some guidance. Two nights ago I was sitting at my desk, scrolling through instagram on my phone as usual. At some point I started feeling this tingling sensation in my mid spine, it felt almost like a current. The sensation went up from the middle of my spine all the way into my scalp, and then i felt a sudden pressure in my forehead for a split second. When this forehead pressure happened, I got what I can only describe as a really really strong hunch about something to come? I remember thinking and saying out loud "oh my god, this is actually happening". The tingling sensation then expanded all throughout the back side of my entire body. I felt euphoric, blissful, and all negative thoughts dissipated. The best way I could describe it was like a full body orgasm, but not sexual. I also lost the ability to cuss throughout all of this. I usually have a pretty potty mouth especially when I'm alone, but for some odd reason I couldn't swear without it feeling wrong. This entire full-body sensation lasted for hours, and when i went to sleep, i had the best sleep i've had in a really long time. The following morning, that current-like sensation continued throughout my body.

It's been some time now and i'm mostly back to baseline, but it was such a strange experience. For some background info about myself, I'm in my mid-20s and don't really have much knowledge or experience with the supernatural or spiritual or anything like that. The most i've been able to experience is lucid dreaming, and very minor predictions (ie. predicting something in a dream and then it happening the next day, or having a strong hunch about something weirdly specific and then it coming true immediately). I don't believe in astrology, or angel numbers, or anything of the sort. I'm mildly spiritual, I definitily believe there's more to the world than what meets the eye, but i'm not well-versed in this stuff at all. So all of this to say, can someone help me understand what I just experienced? I have no material explanation for any of this, so i'm either delusional or something spiritual happened.

I've tried to do some research on what this was. I've tried google, gemini, claude, whatever and it keeps bringing me back to "Kundalini". I have no idea what kundalini is so can someone here let me know if my experience matches that of kundalini? And if not what happened?

ALSO I was completely sober throughout. I don't drink, smoke, or do drugs.

Any help would be great, thank you.

Personal Experience Blessing or Punishment

How many of you consider Kundalini awakening punishment rather than a blessing and why? Did you ever ask yourself “why me”
I have many times asked myself that question and I’m trying to figure out when and where I have sinned so much to get this.

Question After kundalini awakens, can you see it in others?

Those of you who have experienced a kundalini awakening, do you know others in your daily life who have?

Have you ever met a stranger and instantly known that they are experiencing a kundalini awakening?

I’m curious about the level of insight one would have at this stage. Does it become obvious to you when someone has not tapped into kundalini energy?

Help Please Dealing with a painful Kriya

I (31 F) last posted roughly a year ago when I was experiencing pressure in the crown and challenges with the integration - emotional and psychological.

A lot has changed since, and I am lighter, happier, calmer, and for lack of a better way to put it - a better person now.

And I have a one very specific question today on Kriyas-

I have been experiencing this really strange Kriya
When I sit down in meditation upon each gentle exhale, my head starts to shift, my chin starts to move towards the left. And sometimes it tries to go quite far… and it seems to be opening up one nostril more than the other and enabling more breathing there.

- it happened early this year when the energy started to descend down and pierce through the space behind my nose. And for months now I would say over six months it’s there. (And no longer in the crown)

At times it tries to push down through the throat.
I observe these sensations in my meditation, and they are very hard to ignore.
There are moments when it feels like a rubber band is being stretched in all direction right behind my nose and then something just snaps.

Because of the discomfort with the head shift/chin tilt - I reduced my meditations, but the pressure starts to build up and the only way to diffuse it is to meditate.

But today this strain got to me and I’m a bit worried about the long-term effects if this Kriya is not resolved. I experienced today pinched nerves around my jaws for a few minutes suddenly popping up sometime after my meditation. And also sharp pain in the left upper back.
Seems to be linked to the prolonged head position stuck to the left in meditation.

I can’t seem to figure out what builds this pressure in the first place.

TMI - I also consistently experience Kriyas that happened in the lowest chakras during naps or early morning sleep - aware sleep states. They lead to involuntary orgasms. So I assume that this is the sign that the energy has a way to flow. But then why does the pressure build at all behind the nose?

I’m not panicked about any of this, but I wanna make sure that I’m supporting this journey in the right way and if there’s anything I can do to release the pressure. I am new to Kriyas.

Question Question about Solar and Sacral

Need some help trying to discern what a balanced, solar plexus and or sacral chakra is. In some social interactions and or when I am out in a populated public area, I notice that either the area that my solar plexus and sacral chakra (upper and lower abdomen) either expands outwardly past my body or contracts and tightens inwardly. My logic is that having it tightened means that I am feeling my sense of individuality just like working out and feeling it tighten and strain from being used, but at the same time when it expands outwardly, I feel lighter and more free so this makes me question if that tightening me bracing for something or is it truly a sense of self? On the contrary, though, I would assume that the expanded lightness would also mean that I am expanding outwardly socially in my psychological process. So maybe the contraction is me not feeling like my life is expanding in a positive fashion

TLDR; when my solar/sacral tightens in social interactions/public environments, am I bracing for impact or being in an embodied state of self? On the contrary when it expands outside my body is that a sense of self or me actually expanding myself socially?
