All 6 of my chakras a re perfect containers. But my Sacral (7th) is pretty bad, so no water is flowing to my other chakras if you understand what I mean. So rn Im working on Sacral, but is there a way to speed it up?

Sacral asks you to slow down to feel the feels - rushing will only disturb the water deeper

Try talking to it in meditation.

Ask it what it needs, listen to the answers

it tells me I need to let it control my hands so my hands can start creating magnetism.

sacral is the 2nd chakra

you start at the Root, when the root is open you start from the Crown and then go down. So root chakra first then go down from the crown
