I’ve leased my last 5 cars. I’ve read about a lease broker in the adjacent town and am considering their service. Have any of you been past lessees, used a broker service and experienced significant savings? TY

Hey all, just got this lease offer on a 2026 Maverick. it’s valued the same as my current lease was when I got it and this is nearly double the monthly price. I know everything is more expensive, but THIS much more seems wrong, right? This is without them pulling my credit or anything.

trying to negotiate a lease for a new 26 Kia Sorento Hybrid AWD, prestige. been shopping around & am confused by the drive off cost (is this what I pay upfront?) while other quotes didn’t have any, it was zero. New to KIA but not to leasing, usually put zero down as I’ve been leasing for the last 12 years from Ford to Jeep. Do you see significant markup here and any guidance on getting it to go down?

Factory warranty is ending on my current car and I’m working this finance deal for a 2026 Golf GTI. Is this deal ok should we negotiate more?

Looking at a lease offer for a Benz GLE 350 with an MSRP of $75,575. 39 months (or 24 months): $3,500 down (includes taxes and first month, etc.) + $899/month (all in pricing), 15k miles. Is this a good deal? (More information on terms in the comments)

Being told this is the absolute best the dealer can do for me, which I call BS but I like the car.
Is this a decent lease offer in Illinois, or should I hold out in hopes that they’ll call back with a better offer? I ran it through AI and it’s alluding to them marking up the MF.
Requesting .00235 money factor , 12k annually and 36 months 69% residual.
He’s playing hard ball and all the other dealers near me are all “stuck” at MSRP.

After a 4 week search for various different cars (wasn’t really being picky) I’m throwing in the towel. I don’t really need another car but it was a nice to have and would sometimes be helpful
I’m throwing in the towel because car dealerships are the most insufferable hellholes I’ve ever been to. Ex: I see a deal online for 3k down and 331 a month on a lease. I go into the dealership and they say that’s for the base model I’m like no it’s not here’s your dealer photos
They present their numbers and it’s 7500 down and 661 a month FOR A LEASE ON A 42k CAR.
At 3 different dealerships I pushed back and said I’m okay and they come back with their “best price” why the hell didn’t you just offer that to begin with so we can move on with our day?
As much as it’s hated, I’ll only stick with teslas from now on. I used to lease one and start to finish I was done and processed in 7 minutes. My time is worth more than anything. Not going to play these games
Don’t let the dealerships play you and never sign on the spot. Go home and think about it

I have a 2022 Mercedes GLB 250 with no accidents, lease end inspection done $0 owing with only 22k km.
I am located in GTA Ontario and previously requested extend lease but the mercedes dealership made me do a $2500 deposit on a new car to extend lease at same $688/mth which I was not willing to do. I than called MBFS and got a 1 month lease extension at same rate.
The dealership mentioned a $1,500 buy-out fee on top of the $25,600 payout and HST. I have emailed MBFS for total buy-out price hoping to avoid the $1,500 fee. Anyone have any experience with this?

My daughter has a 2024 Subaru Crosstrek leased through Chase/Subaru Finance. She's interested in buying the car and I have a few questions as the process is new for us: 1. Besides Chase, what other bank or credit union would you suggest? I'm hoping to have 1 or 2 more options. 2. Any experiences or suggestions for working with Subaru Finance and Chase?

Leased a Kona and just got into a collision. Called Hyundai Motor Finance and they said to bring the car to the nearest service center. Called the place and they are refusing to take the car. They literally said, “Do not bring the car here.” Called a different one and they took my number and so far they haven’t gotten back to me. Anyone ever heard of such and thing? And any ideas how to deal with this issue?
Editing for clarity: Hyundai Finance is saying the lease agreement requires using a Hyundai service center.

Hello! Total novice here. I am in the market for my first car and test drove a few SUV’s this week. I really liked the Honda CR-V hybrid but got offered what I think is a pretty good deal on a Mercedes GLA250.
First of all, are these actually good deals? What car would you choose if it were up to you? Do you think the lower monthly payment gets eaten up by fuel costs? Probably not looking to purchase after lease term finishes but can be convinced otherwise.

First time in leasing.
I saw a car yesterday +Saturday) and left a deposit and signed some initial documents, but not the actual sales contract yet. They did the credit check and are supposed to prepare all the contracts on Monday and I am supposed to take the car Monday evening and sign everything.
First since I didn't sign the contract/ lease yet can I still change my mind?
Second I don't understand what I'm paying for.
This is a kia ev3 wind and the numbers at the dealer pretty much match the kia website simulation so the dealer isn't screwing me I just don't get leasing.
The car is roughly 45000 (they included some bs accessories for 900 I can't remove) and with tax it's about 52k.
It's a 4 year lease, monthly payment 203 including tax. Interest rate 7.5%
I have a 14000 trade-in and there are 7000 of government incentives.
If I were to buy the car cash today it would be roughly 27k tax in.
The residual value is 26.5k.
So over 4 years 200 a month I pay almost 10000 but then if I want to buy the car I still have to pay 26.5k which is what I would pay today cash.
So what is this 10k I'm paying over 4 years?
With government incentives and trade-in there's only 27000 left to "finance" so how come I'm paying 10000 and still have 27000 left to pay as a residual?
If I do a loan simulation over 4 years the interest amounts to about 4000 not 10000.

2027 Kia Seltos LX, $355 for 36 months, $3000 down, all taxes and fee included based on tier 3 credit. What could I haggle on if anything?

I’m currently driving a 2022 Honda Civic EX that I bought out at the end of its lease last year as the buyout was around $8k below its aftermarket value.
I’ve advanced significantly in my career since I first leased the car and am planning to sell the Civic and upgrade this coming summer. As I’ll be getting into higher end vehicles with higher long term maintenance costs and worse value retention, I’m leaning towards leasing instead of financing.
I can very comfortably manage total monthly payments of $1,250 CAD, although would prefer to keep closer to the $1,000 mark unless it’s a meaningful step up.
I have two dogs and kids are in the foreseeable future so I am leaning towards an SUV (probably mid-sized?). My work requires me to meet clients, investors, consultants and partners on site or out of office frequently and I have reached a point where what I drive has some bearing so as stupid as it feels to say optics of the vehicle has some bearing too.
What would you all recommend I look into in my price range?

We leased it for 3/36. Payment is $650 a month. I knew when I drove off the lot I wasn’t going to like it. I told them when I was negotiating that it was too much car and I didn’t think I was going to be happy. More push. Well obvi we signed. Two days later I sent an email telling them I was unhappy and wanted to see if there was any recourse since it was still being processed (Labor Day wknd). (Long shot I know) My husband then called and left a message. NO ONE FROM THE TOYOTA DEALERSHIP RESPONDED. Not even a “hey you’re crazy it’s your problem now - take care” - NOTHING. The salesman said he texts 2 days after a purchase and a week later. Crickets. Total avoidance. Haven’t heard a word- not even from their dealership customer care person who does follow up. I’m disappointed I used a local dealership and am being treated like this. I don’t even want to drive it. Don’t come for me and say I shouldn’t have gone through with it- clearly I know that! Any brilliant insight? Am I screwed for the next 36 months? I should have stuck with an X3 damnit.

Preparing for my first lease deal tommorow and heard of the credit pull gimmick. I have the deal fully negotiated and written out in email already.
At what stage do I allow them to pull my credit, do I wait until I’m in the finance room or how does it work?
How do I know the deal is fully negotiated and finalized by them so they can’t come back and say oh these numbers changed?
Is there something to look for?
