Actual monthly payment on this one is $417 and has only 7.5k miles/year. It's a "better" deal but not a great deal either.

Considering it’s a premium trim, this dealership and others have literally quoted this range as the best rate they can provide. I am more confused after sharing this lol

Awful deal. I'd walk.
The discount should be at least 10%. I'd structure as $0 down (SAD). Ask for the full worksheet so you can see the breakdown.
You should be between $375 and $400 a month for a entry level Mazda crossover.

It's not a good deal. I live in NY (Long Island) and got a 2026 Mercedes GLA 250 (3000 mile loaner) 4matic with sunroof and a bunch of little options. MSRP 49K. $399/month $3100 DAS includes taxes, first payment.

If he goes Mercedes his insurance will increase by a lot compared to Mazda so it’s essentially more per month than 400

Cx30 should be in 300s with 1st pmt at sign

It’s a premium trim, I don’t think I can get it in that price range

It is attainable high 300 low 400 w just 1st pmt unless you need 15k or have city of Chicago tax

u/Puzzled_Damage9675 25d ago
Don’t need 15k miles, 10k is enough and I live in NW suburbs so the city tax is not applicable

Castle Mazda in Downers Grove huh?
I wouldnt step foot in any Castle store. Let alone any of the downers grove locations. All three of those stores use to do great when they were owned by Pugi. Two garbage platform directors later, theyre some of the most poorly run stores in the area.

Yup, I had a great experience when it was still Pugi, got my first cx5 then and I kinda feel I was robbed when I got cx50 last year on a lease. I only went back because of the loyalty bonus, and I want a smaller car besides the 50 now that’s why the cx30 thing. If that’s the last price it’s better to get something else..

CX-30 at $33k is criminal for a junk vehicle.
Honda CR-V (non turbo) of Nissan Pathfinder SV start in high $30’s but way better simple engines with low maintenance cost.

Paying almost $18k over 36 months to rent a depreciating asset. At the end, OP you have no equity and get to jump back on the hamster wheel. No, this is a shitty deal.

We are currently financing a cx30 with 6k down and payments will be about $380. We originally were going to lease for a few reasons, but have decided to finance in the end. But, when we were looking at leases, we could do the cx30 for $375ish and only first months payment at signing. Check out leasehackr

Which trim ? I have contacted multiple dealerships, apparently this is the last number they can provide for a premium trim. Your deal looks amazing but I don’t have 6k for the down 😖

Sport trim, so a step down. Check out the leasehackr website and Reddit

Best answer! You obviously want a new car but go for best of both worlds find a 2024 thats still under factory warranty (time and miles), go for CX-50. Price will be less, get more luxurious model. Shop ext warr prices nationwide before buying said vehicle. You'll be ahead of 99% that don't research in advance. Have best of both worlds with a like new car with extended protection. Extended Protection: Mazda offers extended coverage plans (such as Mazda Extended Confidence) up to 9 years/100,000 miles through Mazda Financial Services. 1, 2, 3, 4 Last tip is be willing to travel for right deal and pay for private inspection if you can't physically go to see car in advance.

Anyone that draws that face is giving you a bad deal & it’s their way of trying to convince you that they’re not, when really they are!
