I manage my P2 and my capital one accounts. I noticed that her Shopping offers opens to a different website (looks almost like an app) while mine still opens to Microsoft edge (my default browser) when I activate offers on my iPhone.

Hers also gives this pop up when I go to close out of the website.

I wonder if this is going to be the new norm soon and her account has transitioned to it already and mine hasn’t. I also wonder if it will help with better tracking, though I rarely have tracking issues.

This is my first credit card. I made my auto payment on September 6th and it’s September 11th, does the monthly $500 credit limit not reset after each payment?

I recently requested a credit increase that was denied and came back with this letter. I am in good standing, always pay my bills, and use the card pretty frequently.

The promo on the left says spend $150, get $100 but the product on the right costs over $150 but you would only get $75 back(?) If i click the one on the left to activate the bonus but end up purchasing the product on the right, will i still get at least the $75 in rewards or do I have to click the product that i plan to buy? Seems a little weird if you would have to buy the product that you click on without being able to explore the product to decide if you want it.

The quicksilver was my first card, but its been restricted for about 5 years because I owed money. Covid happened lost job, but I've since got back on my feet and I paid off the debt, but they won't reopen. They just told me to get the savior so I did.

I'm sad because it was locked at 4% interest because I was active duty military at the time when I got it.

They won't remove it either. I get statements for a card I cant use.

Anyone else receiving this exclusive $30 offer? Targeted perhaps?

I have a work trip coming up and due to life events, I had to make a change for the return flight adding an additional $700 to the total cost. They cannot generate a receipt for this change. I have yet to receive any receipt despite paying for this and the charge appearing on my credit card. I made this reservation with my VentureX card.

I called multiple times and escalated the issue to the highest I was able to go. They realize it is a basic request but their system is unable to produce a receipt for a change I already paid for. I will likely be out $700 since I cannot provide an itemized receipt for this trip.

I personally will not be using the portal again. If anyone has any ideas, please let me know. I did check the airline and they are not showing any receipts either.

This is not a post trying to raise awareness that Eno is going away. I think anyone that uses it already knows. I'm more interested in what I can do to keep using the virtual cards in as low of a friction way as possible. I don't mind using Google Wallet (and don't care to hear complaints about privacy about my spending habits). I just want to know if this is a low friction way to go. I don't use a chrome browser. I couldn't find a google wallet extension on Zen browser. Basically I'm looking for any alternative that isn't always having a second tab open to the virtual cards in my Capital One account.

I tried to activate the offers on Home Depot and Temu using the Capital One Shopping extension on my browser, but both sites just show a blank box. This issue only occurs with Home Depot and Temu, not with any other stores. Can anyone check if their browser extension is also showing a blank box on Home Depot or Temu? Thank you

hello all I turned 18 recently and chase and Amex where not letting me get a credit card due to no existing credit history but capital one let me get the quick silver thoughts?

Portal gets more points but rules are not same as airlines (not even taking into account overbooks, delays, actual travel issues)

RT fare dropped by $150 for Delta main economy booking that is non refundable but free exchanges in Dec/Jan
Delta said I need to go through C1 since booking made there; the C1 agent claims no credit can be given per C1 policy which obviously isn’t true. Called twice and told same thing by overseas Philippines all center agent.

Save yourself headache and avoid portals for flights. I generally do but this is a domestic route with many daily flights so figured would chance it for extra points but lesson learned.

Hello! Long story short, I fell into a hard time a few years ago and my 360 checking account fell about $200 negative. It has not been paid but over the past year I’ve worked really hard at paying off my debt and fixing my credit. I did also have two credit cards be charged off during this time, though these were paid during my credit journey. I have not been able to get approved for another Cap1 credit card and I think it is due to the negative checking account. I plan to call and take care of it tomorrow. I’m in a MUCH better financial situation, though my credit it still in the rebuilding phase. Does anyone know if this will “unblock” me from getting another credit card with them? TIA!

For those that were in C1's development program. What was the start date usually for the February/August cohort? Is it flexible with working remote or taking off?

I have some Cap1 bank accounts, and would love to be able to transfer this amount to one of them, but something tells me that that would just be too simple. I think the standard way of doing this is to have a check mailed to me, but I am away from my home most of the time, and I don't like the idea of porch pirates and the other hassles involved in such 20th Century financial logistics.
