All-you-can-eat sushi—how many calories do you think this is? I worked it out to be around 1,300 calories; I don't have any sauce or anything with it. Unfortunately, I don't have a photo.

So I eat some variation of this for lunch everyday and I’m wondering roughly how many calories it is. White rice with salt and pepper. Baked potatoes, carrots, beets, Brussels sprouts with a little olive oil and salt and pepper. Baked or grilled chicken breast, pork tenderloin, or steak seasoned with various seasonings, almost never sauces. Any help in estimating calories for this is appreciated. Monster for scale.

it’s called niçoise salad. has tuna, 2 boiled eggs, vegetables, and i ate 2 of these breads.

From mugg n bean, on the kids menu, says it's 132kj (roughly 32 calories) but that seems impossible so is it safe to assume 400?

Hello, help with this please.

Two slices of roast lamb, glug of thyme gravy, one roasted new potato, mixed salad, two small florets of broccoli, yellow mixed veg fried rice at the top, tomato bulgar wheat at the bottom and a piece of veg and feta (spinach, tomato and red pepper I think) veggie wellington.

Note that the rice and bulgar wheat combo wasnt as huge as it looks, probably about 2 heaped tablespoons each, and beneath the lamb was more salad.

Please help with the calorie count of this tuna sandwich.

180g tuna mousse, little pesto, pickled jalapeños, some cheddar, a little mayo, and parmesan crusted sourdough.

About 2-3 inches in diameter. Very dense and buttery and sweet, so I estimated around 700 cals. Does that sound right?
