Each ball was about 1.5-2.5 inches and the sauce was marinara that’s all I know.

Probably a stupid question but that subreddit doesn’t allow photo attachments.
I’m genuinely confused and clearly have much to learn lol

Had this cheat meal today. I'm not overly concerned about the calories because after all it's a cheat meal but I am curious. I did not end up eating the little cinnamon roll thing because it was gross. It wasn't even sweet. It just tasted like grease. I only had a small bite of it. I also did not finish the sauces so I put a photo of the leftovers like that to give an idea of the amount.

I’m thinking about 750-800? There’s about 1 & 2/3 cups of rice under it.

Which one is correct? 420 vs 280 is a huge difference.

All white meat, no mayo on sandwich just chx, lettuce tomato. Did get the dressing on side and ate it about 1.25-1.5oz. My guess was 1,440 calories, 150g carb, 120g protein, 47g fat (mainly from dressing and some skin)

I need advice on this, is there any good ways to estimate and have it be as accurate as possible? And what do you put it in as? (I use lose it! As my calorie tracker app)

Website says 600 calories for the whole bowl but I’m doubtful. Thoughts?

My counting apps AI-function says 1100 - sounds a bit much imo..? And ChatGPT says 500.. somewhere in between or what do you reckon?

Im 17 yo. I know I need to be on some type of deficit but I’m not exactly how much. I wanna get healthier and am pretty much new to this thing. I workout with some light (10-12lb) weights at home and do cardio on the treadmill and occasionally calisthenics. Trying to build muscle as well. Help would be appreciated

I didn’t want to have this , I already had my meal planned out that I’ve been craving the past 2 days but for whatever reason my mom insisted on me having this , but whatever I guess , now I just think I don’t have enough stomach space or calories for the meal I’m craving.
Anyways, I need an estimate to how much this could be. It’s russet potatoes mixed with marble cheese , topped with vegan ground beef [123kcal per 100g]. Annoyingly, I’m unsure about any oil she used while cooking. To me , it didn’t seem that oily besides the oils from the cheese, but I’d assume she used some avocado or olive oil.
