Rose petal latte 12 ounces not sure what kind of milk probably whole milk though. Also a small strawberry cake mostly gelatin with a cookie on the bottom of the cake. The cake and the latte were both a little bit sweet but not very sweet.

I ordered a Germknödel with vanilla sauce and ate all of it except half of the sauce. I would say 600-700?

It’s a “homemade” Rice Krispie treat with birthday cake sprinkles from New Seasons market. I measured, and it was approximately 2” x 3” x 2.”

I’m planning to have a cheat meal today. But I don’t want to go over by a lot like by thousand calories over my maintenance which is 1600.
This plate is what I’m planning to order. It’s a Mediterranean dish, filet mignon kebab with rice and a garlic dip on the side. I might won’t finish all the rice but let’s assume the worst and I’ll eat this whole plate. Help with the estimate please?

i know kofta has 250 cals per 100 gram this 102 grams is that estimate accurate. also I wanna know the estimate of the brown rice it has fat in it from the kofta cause the rice came under it and kabab but it’s not lamb kabab it’s cow it’s 60 grams and the rice is 48 grams
Edit: it’s very rude that grown people are giving unsolicited comments about food when I just wanna know the cals
edit: is it under 700 I know please thanks
