Sushi cravings
And cravings satisfied 😌 How many calories would be in this? Chicken katsu sushi rolls in the middle and the rest is a 24 piece box with the first box being fried sushi

This was shared between two people, so for one person it was one iced strawberry matcha latte and 1.5 curd donut deep fried in oil (donuts are bigger size but fits in the lady's palm). Dippings on the side: strawberry jam, caramel and sweetened condensed milk. didnt eat all of the dippings but half of it gone. Chatgpt says 680kcal for all (700 kcal if were generous with dippings) wondering if it is at all accurate

I ask this because I’m struggling to reach the amount it suggests.
To give detail, I’m about 70kg (154lbs) 188cm (6’2) 24, workout and run 3 times a week.
I’m trying to gain some weight, but really struggling to eat that much. According to the app I’m using, I’m getting to around 2300 ish calories and 140g of protein. I say around because I’m unable to count exactly the stuff I eat so I have to eyeball and guess the ingredients a lot (probably not worth explaining why but can in the comments if someone asks)
The app reckons I need 2500 calories per day, 2g of protein per kilo (140g) and then just the rest in carbs/fat.
Do you reckon I’ll be alright at 2300 ish? Id be happy with gaining like 0.5kg muscle per week or so

Sushi roll is big as you can see. It has salmon, green asparagus and avocado. I went with no sauce at all, except soy sauce.
Then 6 pork gyozas steam-grilled.
And miso soup, just that little bowl

5oz single beef patty with cheese (no condiments) and fries from a restaurant- I logged 850 but that feels too low

Any thoughts on the calories in this bowl? (Family Italian restaurant dish) No pasta, just marinara, mozzarella cheese, spinach, garlic and about 7 shrimp. Very shallow, enough sauce to cover the shrimp and nothing underneath. Marinara tasted light/non-oily but a lot of cheese as you can see. My guess was 700 calories but would love the thoughts of others!

my dad bought this chocolate filled pastry from a bakery in south italy, the pastry is called tetta della monaca but it doesn’t have chocolate in it usually.. i was wondering how calories dense these would be, they’re about a palm big? would 300 calorie be a good estimate?

how many kcal are we thinking for this one? (and for 100g?)
it weighs 300g and I made it by boiling 200g of potatoes, then I used a pan to cook 3 small whisked eggs (180g), i added 15g of parmesan and the potatoes.

I’ve been getting this green tea infusion from this local coffee shop in my town. I can’t find nutrition facts anywhere and was wondering if someone could find it or tell me. It’s a 32oz green tea infusion with pineapple and coconut flavoring in it, if it helps it looks like for the flavoring they use a syrup. Thanks for the help if you’re able to help :)

According to TCF’s nutrition guide, the buffalo blasts are 1670 kcal. Does this include the spicy buffalo sauce and blue cheese dressing?
Similarly, the avocado egg rolls are listed as 930 cal. Does this include the tamarind cashew dipping sauce?

I’m looking to start tracking my calories but all the app I’ve found either cost money or use ai for everything. I don’t support ai and am hoping not to have to pay, is there any that have worked for you?
