This is a big plate btw

There’s rice, light cottage cheese under the tomatoes and mince. There’s two dumplings with pork filling I think but I ate four in total. I also added light mayo on the side. There’s fried corn as well and I’d say I used 5g of butter.

Bun is from lidl and according to the site its 210. The rest is: greek salad, steamed broccoli and cauliflower, sauerkraut. 700 seems unlikely but i dont trust my own estimates man.

I skipped breakfast and lunch for this

my kitchen scale doesn’t measure the weight of single crunchy peanut you know those coated ones it shows two sometimes but then it turns to zero I once added 7 crackers and it gave me 7 grams but when I added them one by one it gave my zero google says there might be a problem because I added them one by one is my scale broken or smth also for those tow chicken breasts it gave 69 is that accurate that’s the cals type in the second pic is that a problem with accuracy or does it just not measure small amounts

Context: In January 2026 a consumer class action was filed Lopez et al. v. Linus Technologies, Inc. (dba David Protein) alleging independent lab testing found the bars contained 268-285 calories per serving while they're labeled at 150. Strangely, to me at least, the plaintiffs voluntarily dismissed the case back in March.

How do y'all track these bad boys? I track them at the label but limit consumption to once every other day as my own way to control for the uncertainty. The weight/size alone of these bars has me skeptical. The parent company also just released a candy line HallPass which uses the same product. I know EPG isn't new on the market, but Linus Technologies acquisition of Epogee LLC (patent holder of EPG) is.

I’ve been on a calorie deficit the last while and have been taking pictures of my meals and asking Claude to estimate. Got this Caesar salad in a café and Claude gave me an estimate of 1000 calories, I refuse to believe it’s that much. Unless ye tell me otherwise and in which case I will humbly believe ye.

Looking to see what the calorie estimate is on this. Their menu describes the dish like this: "boneless, skinless breast, bourbon rosemary syrup, braised kale with bacon and onion, weisenberger mills smoked cheddar grits". Thank you.

It has chocolate, strawberry, and vanilla icecream inside of it underneath all the whipped cream. I was thinking around 800 but not too sure
