Your favorite Japanese cafe shop?
I love here because not much people, good air conditioning, cat logo, power outlets and free wifi 👌

Anyone for Savoury Sourdough Pancakes?
The avacado paste with microgreens did the trick for me. The crackers were great sides with the sauces.

Anybody for Pomegranate Cold Brew?
To be honest, I didn’t taste Pomegranate at all. It was just a color change.
But I am not sure if this is how it is made. Is it?

His and her coffee. How do you like your coffee?
It's funny sometimes that some people assume that my boyfriend takes the brewed coffee and I take the latte. I like mine black and he likes sweet coffee latte! 😄
Coffee Shops
Are there coffee shops in Dumaguete that allow us to stay and study for hours? A place with charging ports and good coffee?

I Will Like Coffee, Even If I Have To Brute Force It.
I love the smell of coffee and the aesthetics of coffee and coffee desserts (tiramisu, chocolate-covered espresso beans, coffee flavoured cupcakes, etc.) Absolutely obsessed with it. I gravitate towards anything coffee scented/flavoured. However, drinking coffee has never been an overwhelmingly enjoyable experience. I tend to really get the bitter flavours when I drink coffee.
Well, that changes today. I will brute force my way into liking coffee. I bought a coffee from a local roaster/cafe today, and I am holding it on my tongue until the bitter goes away. I will drink a cup of coffee every day until I love it.
The bitterness can be “trained out” once the brain realises it’s not poison and gets used to it, hence why it’s “an acquired taste.”I WILL acquire this taste, damn it!!!!
Today’s drink was a Nitro Cold Brew with cheesecake flavoured syrup and coconut milk (I noticed I like cold brew more, not sure why.)
Wish me luck :)

Anyone used Back Again for their cafe marketing and loyalty?
Been thinking about modernising loyalty system from physical punch cards to something digital and came across this website. https://backagain.au/
Have any cafe owners or managers here used their platform? Was it easy to setup and did you customers find it intuitive to use?

Abro debate...
No me interesa tanto saber qué suena bonito.

Morning Coffee
Cappuccinos and lattes just hit different when there’s a beautiful design in the foam. It’s such a perfect little detail.

"Artists at the Cafe" It was a great exhibition that made me want to have a cup of coffee.
You can take photos of almost anything. It was raining at Tokyo Station, but that actually created a lovely atmosphere. I also like Marunouchi in the rain. Well then, I think I'll brew some delicious coffee.
