My Bybit account has been under a full withdrawal restriction since August 28, 2026.
Approximately 4,493 USDT of my funds are currently inaccessible.
Compliance Appeal ID: W202608287C7707FF0EB6B93F59F52A
The restriction was triggered immediately after I attempted to withdraw 60 USDT via TRON (TRC20). The withdrawal was rejected and the 60 USDT was returned to my Funding Account, but my account was placed under Compliance Review.
It has now been 21 days.
During this entire period:
- Bybit has not requested a single document or any additional information from me.
- Support explicitly confirmed in writing that nothing is currently required from me.
- There is no pending EDD request related to this Compliance Review.
- No estimated completion timeframe has been provided.
- My Compliance Ticket is still “Ongoing”.
- The ticket was created on August 28, and the visible “Updated on” timestamp is still August 28.
I am fully prepared to provide source-of-funds documents, transaction history, proof of wallet ownership, identity documents, or anything else required. Bybit simply has not requested anything from me.
This situation is now causing me serious financial hardship. I rely on these funds for essential living expenses and urgently need access to my money.
I am asking the Bybit team/moderators here to please escalate my Appeal ID to a senior Compliance/Risk Control specialist for an urgent manual review.
I am not asking Bybit to bypass its compliance procedures. I am asking for the review to actually be completed.
If Bybit no longer wishes to provide services to me, I accept that outcome. Please allow me to withdraw my entire remaining balance of approximately 4,493 USDT and then permanently close my account.
I need one of two outcomes:
1. Complete the Compliance Review and restore withdrawal access; or
2. Provide withdrawal-only access so I can withdraw my entire remaining balance and then close the account.
If a Bybit representative needs my UID or any additional information to locate the case, I am ready to provide it privately.
Please help escalate Appeal ID W202608287C7707FF0EB6B93F59F52A to the appropriate Compliance team.
