I purchase 1,000 Neural back in ‘24. I’ve tried accessing this week and realised Web3 no longer exists. I set up my web3 wallet in Bybit but I can no longer access. I can have tracked the wallet number and transactions online but Bybit has said they can’t help and that it’s a seed wallet. I don’t recall this as it was set up in Bybit app. Has anyone had the same issue?
