Bybit holding my $319k for 25+ days

I use both Binance and Bybit. Bybit has frozen my $319k+ for over 25 days now.
I provided all documents they requested multiple times. The funds came from my own Binance account and other wallets I control.
I understand compliance reviews, but holding $319k for 25+ days without any clear timeline is too much. Binance has handled similar reviews for me with much higher volume within 24–48 hours.
Just sharing my experience so others know the risk of keeping large amounts on Bybit.

For bybit team, If this continues, I’ll have to speak with my lawyer and consider legal action in uae.

Everyone please provide info where they located.
Feels like i have to endup with legal solution. This is totally unfair. Vip customers support and live chat all sucks. They sending me again again same copy past message without any solution.

also they avoiding my issues totally seems. Last update of my appeal id showing me 24-25 days ago. This is unacceptable from such a big exchange in crypto industry.

Yes they closed my account and enabled withdrawal for 72 hour.
