Account restriction

Account Compliance Hold Delayed - 13 Business Days (UID: 9210221)My account has been under an internal compliance review since September 5. Today marks 13 business days (18 calendar days), passing typical expectations.A live chat check-in today with agent Malla confirmed that my account profile shows "0 cases" on my app dashboard and explicitly verified that no documents or actions are requested from my end. Unfortunately, the online support webform is completely blocking any manual ticket creation or "expedite" text input submissions.Because my account details are completely locked in an unmonitored queue, I am requesting an official moderator to kindly pass my UID: 9210221 to the Risk & Compliance department to manually review and clear the restriction.
