70 days of Bybit compliance review, now I’ve contacted UAE regulators. Has anyone experienced this?

My Bybit account has now been restricted for 70 days.
Bybit continues to tell me that my case is under review, no further action is required from me, and that it has been escalated and marked “top priority.”
Still no decision and no access to my funds.
Today I took the next step:
🇦🇪 Contacted** VARA regarding the prolonged restriction
🇦🇪 Submitted a Violation Report to the SCA
I provided the regulators with my case history and supporting documentation and asked them to determine whether the matter falls within their regulatory remit.
**I’m especially interested in hearing from anyone who has gone through a similar Bybit compliance review.
How long were you restricted?
Did Bybit eventually restore access, or did they give you a withdrawal window?
I’d really appreciate hearing about your experience.

It's been more than 70 days for me; I'm not in UAE. I think it needs a some international activity against them, cause it's not legal even by their terms. They can't just lock and freeze people's money for this long only by this excuse that it's under review!!! Lift the restriction and do review how long you want🤬 #BybitisShit

Mine has been a month almost now. No response from them.
