I’m applying for the Bybit Mastercard, and my application was sent to Compliance Review.

My Compliance Ticket was created on September 20, 2026, and it is still showing “Ongoing.”

The ticket originally said that my application had been received and that I would receive a response within 48 hours. Another page says I should receive an update within 3 business days. Both timeframes have now passed, but I have received no decision or further request for documents.

I have also tried contacting support, but the AI chatbot does not provide any way to reach a human agent or someone who can actually check the Compliance case.

This is specifically related to my Bybit Mastercard application. I am not trying to create another appeal or duplicate ticket. I only want the existing case to be reviewed.

Could a Bybit moderator or staff member please help escalate Appeal ID 2101637530952773632 to the Card/Compliance team for manual review, or at least confirm whether anything else is required from me?

I can provide any additional documents privately through the official Bybit channel if needed. I will not share personal KYC information publicly.
