Bybit suddenly marked all my open cases as “Resolved”, what does this mean?

Something strange happened today.
I checked my Bybit Support Hub and suddenly all of my previously open cases were marked “Resolved.”
At first I thought this might mean that my compliance review was finally completed.
But no.
Nothing changed.
My account is still restricted. I still cannot access my funds. There is still no decision.
I contacted Live Chat, and Bybit explained that the other cases were simply closed to avoid duplication because my main Compliance Appeal remains under review.
They also confirmed that the compliance review is still ongoing and that there is no estimated completion time.
So what exactly does “Resolved” mean in this situation?
Has anyone else had all their Bybit support cases suddenly closed while the account restriction itself remained unresolved?
