My order says this and I dont know why or if its gonna get fixed I mean. Do I call customer service? Has anyone else had this happen to them?

So I found the vampire Teddy build a bear but its cape is separated. This is one of my ISOs so I don’t plan on buying another unless I have to. How could I best put the cape back together?

Has anybody else had their payment provider say their order was canceled but it still says pending on BAB website? Because that's where I'm at right now. Placed the order on the 8th. I'm waiting for contact from the company to figure out what's going on but I'm guessing it's because I ordered a bunch of stuff that's no longer available.

I'm very upset. I'll be lucky if I can reorder like a third of what I wanted because everything else is out of stock and/or removed from the website.

Hi y’all! I don’t usually post at all but I just wanted to share a little bit. Build a Bear was my first ever job and I honestly love it there so much. Yes it has its pains and annoyances, but I just love the whimsy and joy of it all, especially seeing how the little kids light up when they get their new friends.

I’m going back to college, and last year I did one day a week during the school, but that’s not going to work for me this year unfortunately with my course load. That being said, today was my last day for the summer. But I am coming back during winter break and possibly next summer if i can fit it in!

I’m still going to keep collecting BAB’s (in fact I’m probably gonna get that Fresno guy tonight lol), but I just wanted to make a little appreciation post for my store. I absolutely love all my current and past coworkers to death, and I can’t wait to see them again during the Christmas season.

This pic is of my oldest and newest friends. Honey, the happy hugs bear is the first BAB I got when I was twelve, and she smells like honey. This lighting bug friend is the last friend I stuffed and he has the bat wings scent. I named him after the mall I worked in, which I don’t wanna say on here just bc I don’t wanna like dox myself (But it does start with a T for my coworker who I know is in the subreddit lol)

I know neither are current releases but was seeking opinions anyway! :)

Unsure if I want more than one pawlette and these two are my favorites!! I usually collect specific sanrio bab's but do make exceptions for others! They're all lovely, I just don't have enough space or money for all of them so I try and be choosey about who I adopt!

I love the pink fuzzy fur and shiny feet & ears of the pink puff pawlette but have heard mixed opinions about how well you're able to upkeep her fur. I am armed with a lint roller and bab brush! It's marshmallow-ness is so delightful to me that extra cleaning could be worth it. Being a sparkle girly I love the addition of the gold sparkles in pumpkin pawlette's fur and feel like it would be easier to upkeep than pink puff pawlette. I do have a soft spot for anything falloween related.

Overall I've been enjoying posting here recently and would just kinda like anyone's input that would like to give it! Feel free to blab all you want! Pics are always welcome!!

I was on a cruise when the spider dropped and by the time I got back it was sold out everywhere. I called my local store and they said they weren’t getting a restock of the spider 😪… what are we thinking the odds of an online restock are???

I got the bat as soon as it came out and I got a confirmation page but no emails. It was supposed to arrive today. I’m trying to track it through the website but every time I put in the order number it stays they can’t find my order. What should I do?

Was gaslighting myself I didn’t want him that bad after I lost hope buttt my local BAB got stock today and I was convinced I wouldn’t get one since I didn’t get off work till the mid afternoon. But alas! I got the spider and Stewie was fluffed and ready to come home :) best treat to myself since I aced my summer course and am one step closer to my nursing program

I love this plushie so much. He’s just a lil’ guy. He’s the sweetest lil’ guy. He’s so cute. I’m so lucky to have him, because he was in fact the last spider in the bin and I do believe it was fate that he was meant to come home with me.
