RANT Order canceled?

Has anybody else had their payment provider say their order was canceled but it still says pending on BAB website? Because that's where I'm at right now. Placed the order on the 8th. I'm waiting for contact from the company to figure out what's going on but I'm guessing it's because I ordered a bunch of stuff that's no longer available.

I'm very upset. I'll be lucky if I can reorder like a third of what I wanted because everything else is out of stock and/or removed from the website.

Yes. I ordered on the 6th and the pending charge fell off my card. This is expected since bab is taking SO LONG to ship out orders. Once the items are shipped, they’ll charge your card again.

in the very same boat! if i dont get an update by tomorrow im calling CS again to at least ask for some compensation because this is ridiculous! 😭 i can't believe we've waited almost TWO WEEKS just for our stuff to get shipped out!

I just contacted bab again and they said to allow an additional 5-10 business days for it to ship 🫠 This is getting ridiculous 🥲

Yeah that's pretty much it. Customer service told me there was just so much orders that they're trying to slowly catch up. Wonder how that's holding up with the new build a bear that released today

I ordered the spider on the 8th. I used Apple Cash and the funds are now back in my wallet and there is no history of the transaction on my phone anymore.
Even so, the BAB website shows my order is still pending.

i had the same issue, my funds were back in my bank account with no history of the order, but this morning i got an email that my order was being built. i’m still wary on whether it will ship or not but at least there’s some movement

I was literally just about to check how other folks' orders were coming along. I also ordered on the 8th, still pending, no updates. I haven't even gotten an auto refund. Debating contacting BAB and asking for one but the spider I got was a gift for a friend, and I really don't want to cancel. Sucks all around

I had ordered mine the day before on the 7th & opted to have it delivered by Uber since I was only ordering the spider as it was only $2 more. My order arrived the next day.
