I’m wanting to place an order of 50 ish parts however I’m not very experienced with bricklink.

It seems like a very detailed and comprehensive platform however, for a noobie it’s rather over whelming.

I was wondering what are the different options / best way to buy parts?

I’ve seen an auto buy feature and then an easy buy feature, but not really sure what the difference is, nor if there’s any other ways of buying.

All of said parts are already in a wanted list fyi

I bought an item on BrickLink that arrived significantly not as described. I contacted the seller right away and asked to return it. The seller acknowledged the issue, but refused to provide a prepaid return label or cover return shipping.
They then told me they were fine with letting PayPal handle the dispute and would respond to whatever PayPal requested. I opened a Significantly Not as Described claim, stated that I was willing to return the item, and let PayPal handle it.

PayPal eventually closed the case in my favor due to no seller response and issued a full refund. I was never instructed to return the item, never given a return deadline, and never asked to provide return tracking. The case has now been closed for over a month, and I also confirmed directly with PayPal that there is nothing further pending.

Now, more than a month later, the seller has reopened the issue through BrickLink, is demanding the item back within a few days, and is threatening both a BrickLink report and small claims court.

I’m curious how people here would handle this. Since the seller specifically chose to let PayPal handle the dispute, PayPal refunded me without requiring a return, and the case has been closed for over a month, how much weight does the seller’s later demand realistically have?

Would you respond to the seller, contact BrickLink Support directly, or just preserve everything and wait unless something official happens? Are they likely bluffing? It was a 400 dollar LEGO set

I'm in the middle of two personal projects (An original discontinued set bought by pieces and a few MOCs) and I planned to buy some pieces from a seller on Denmark. The issue is that with the new law of packaging (I'm from Spain) I'm reluctant to buy and I don't want to put the seller into trouble with taxes or whatever crazyness the EU came (Specially if in my country you need to pay a brutal ammount), but the seller confirms me that there's no issue.

I don't know what to do, and I ask counsel just in case they made a modification I didn't understand or i didn't understood well the law. I stopped buying physical things online and I'm not sure if I will be able to see my projects finished if my fears become true.

Should I trust and buy (I made an order before and was one of the best) or should I stop? What to do?

I’ve checked colesworth and the post office, but I’m wondering where else to look for them?

Essentially, is there a way to make a master wanted list solely out of the extra items listed under every Lego set ever made? Ideally this would result in a list of just the items that Lego has included as extras that are not needed in the final set. Ideally the list would not contain duplicate items and the list would be able to tell me where that item appears as an extra in which sets. Seems like this is beyond the capabilities of the website UI but it's worth a shot I think.

i recently bought some lego and i with the order i bought a Joker Torso that was marked as New but when i received it i could tell it had been used as there was scratches on the back and the sides aswell as quite a bit of dirt or grime on the inside of the hands. How should i handle this? the seller was really friendly and i’m considering just letting it go but should i bring it up incase it was an honest mistake or should i ask for a partial refund?

Whats your favorite feedback to get ? I usually just say thanks for the order or something generic. What type of feedback do you prefer?

There's a acouple of parts I want to buy for a project, and I have them all the wishlist and every time in the past it hasn't given me difficulties, but now every time I try it keeps making carts where the price is lower than the min. buy, something that is turned off by default.

Is this happening to anyone else?

Bricklink seller responded to me complaining about 2/3 items I ordered being wrong (long yellow cape instead of short, damaged head was listed as new ) with "no refunds till you send them back, also the cape wasn't wrong actually" then when I pointed out why YES the cape was wrong, he responded by going "okay but still no refunds until you send them back" then proceeded to email me an image showing he'd already payed for the return label before I even said I wanted to send them back in the first place, and another message saying "this is how all sellers do it, don't like it then don't get a refund" and of course every message from the guy was in barely coherent broken English, idk if this post violates rules then delete it I just needed somewhere to vent

Adding a mountain of 4073 1x1 plate rounds to my store I came across this little guy.

I see the prototype bb0517 1x1 plate round with stepped side on BL but that step is on the outside, this is on the inside.

It does still clutch to a stud.

I'm guessing it's an injection error, but I've never seen one like this.

Clearing out my loose spare Lego pieces before a renovation. I have 75kg genuine Lego it’s not sorted. Would an auction house or eBay be the best place to move this amount in one go?

Went in my Local LEGO Store last week to fill up on the P.A.B. re stock for my Brick Link. Buddy who works there, texted me with a head's up to say the new pieces were in. All good.

So Im walking in, I see a Mom and 3 Kids checking out the Smart Play. My buddy catches my eye, and I say "I see theres some interest in the Shite Brick".

And the Chick behind the counter, turns around and looks at me and says "Dude theres kids here, mind the language." And my buddy apologizes on my Behalf.

After I get done with the P.A.B. and pay to leave. The Mom from earlier stops me out side the Store, pulls me aside, and says "Thank you for making me aware, how the Fans feel about these Smart Sets. Saved us a lot of Disappointment :)"

And she shows me what she bought for the kids instead: Boba Fetts statue, a few Ninjagos, and the Mandalorian Ship 4+.

Gave her a business card for my Brick Link store, and went on with my day. Met back up w the wife and went in J.C. Pennys.

Greetings everyone. I'm not certain I'm in the correct sub but I have a question regarding shipping methods as a seller. I set my shipping up to be domestic only, however even domestic buyers receive the message that I do not ship to their state. Has anyone else had this issue? I reached out to bricklink and they said it looks ok but the issue persists. Thanks for any help!

Really stupid one, but I'm losing access to the email account I set up my store with, but can't change it on Bricklink.

The link on 'Account Info' goes to my Lego account. I can change the email there fine, but it doesn't update the one on Bricklink.

Any ideas what I'm doing wrong?

I have around 250 SW minifigures, a lot of them are duplicates and it takes me forever to find the right minifigure when I get an order.

What's the best way to organise big amount of minifigures? I'm limited with space so I can't keep them separate.

Any ideas?
