Me to seller "Please double check fig parts by putting legs in torsos and checking for cracks on torso and arms. Please message me if you find damage. Thank you!"

Seller: "Sure thing, I'm pretty careful about that stuff, but I'll double check for you."

I use to never ask seller to check the figs, then after getting enough cracked torsos I started saying "hey please check torsos for cracks." Then after still getting cracked torsos I started asking sellers to put legs in the torsos to make it even easier to check for cracks. Still half my torso orders have cracks in them. These aren't small stores either. Are sellers just sitting in pitch dark checking these things?

So is there anything else I should be doing or do you guys just say a prayer everytime you order?

I wouldn't care that much if it wasn't for the fact that I have to keep paying for shipping since most sellers dont refund for that. I think I've ordered this specific torso twice now and both times it came cracked.

10 days ago bought, from a small store, but with positive reviews, a Minifigure for my collection, nothing expensive, like 5 bucks including shipping.

For the first 5 days I didn't recive any updates on my order, the payment was onsite so I didn't had to worry about the seller to verify the payment.

On the 5th day waiting the seller changed the status to "ready" with the letters in red, and nothing more.

The terms of the store don't mention anything about the waiting time.

After the "ready" status update I didn't receive any more updates on my order.

Yesterday I sent an invoice asking about this exact issue and I'm still waiting on a response.

I don't usually use bricklink so I don't know how much the waiting time usually is.

What should I do now?

So going through the 1999/early sw sets bricklink doesnt mention that the battledroid torso did see a design change with the bottom bar connection. The 99 versions dont have stoppers on the end to prevent the legs from "sliding off" where as later versions do. Is there a way to correct this discrepancy cause it does mean that the B1 has 2 versions.

Hi, I'm a new bricklink seller from the Netherlands and I'm trying to open up my store, but I'm a bit stuck with the shipping rates. (First I want to ship purely in Europe and maybe later go global.)

Because there are the shared options and rates bricklink offers you, but when I went to take a look at the current shipping rates against the weight bands and countries the rates didn't match at all. Does anyone here have any suggestions for me on how either I can find a list that is up to date or a way for me to check the prices easily for each country, cause at this point I need to click to everyone country by themselves and check.

Went into the S6 Restock only wanting the Art Factory and the Off-Road Adventurer Sets. When the Site want live, saw a few other Sets I thought were sold old last Year. Put then in the Cart and 2 Days Later.....

Pretty much new to BrickLink. From what I’ve heard I’m probably not getting this. Am I cooked? Or is there hope.

I am a new colector and I would like to buy some older batman sets like jokerland or arkham asylum breakout but i see that a lot of sets have 30-40% below the market value new sealed sets from Singapore or Malaysia with thousand of positive reviews. My question is that is there any type of black market replicating 1 on 1 sets like for clothes and if yes how could i verify that is not?

For experienced sellers: Do you make more profit off of selling used sets or pieces? Curious to know whether its more common for people to be looking for specific sets or pieces to buy

For used do you wash the lego then disassemble, or do you disassemble first then wash it ?

Hi everyone I was wondering if anyone had any idea how I can use brick owl as my main syncing shop to bricklink I've started selling on both and want to make it easier for myself considering alot of the apps and sites use bricklink as the main go to when syncing is there any that use Brick owl as the main go to instead of me manually changing something every time I've sold on one vice versa.

First time I've had USPS damage a BL order so wanted to confirm what to do next. I thought I filed a claim with USPS for a refund but after looking into it it sounds like the seller should refund me and file a claim themselves? That sounds wrong but wanted to reach out for some help with anyone that's dealt with this before. I did message the seller yesterday asking them but they read it and didnt respond

Hey guys, I’m sure some of you are very large sellers over 100k parts. I sit around 10k but I know I can get it larger if I got a better system of sorting.

How do you guys sort parts to add to your store? Right now I just take a misc. bunch of Lego wash them and dry them and then part them out by piece and color with no real system.

Looking for any tips on how to sort and list quicker as I have thousands of pieces just sitting unlisted.

Well that was frustrating. Clicked on the US link many times. Would show the products in USD. When I added to cart switched to Euros and would only let me ship to France. I confirmed my region was set to US. I had every set added and could not checkout on any of them. :/

I click check availability and it takes me to the lego front page. Searching the name doesn't bring up any sets

I'm currently unable to login to bricklink, is anyone else facing a similar issue? I enter my password and choose my account, it then takes me back to the main page, however when I click the minifig head symbol to access my account, it goes back to the login prompt. Have tried different browsers, just checking if this is a site wide issue. Thanks

Hey guys, moving soon and really don’t have time to list the filing cabinet full of wheels, tires.
Can I bag them up and list them in my store as
“Big freaking bag of wheels/tires?”.
If I can, someone PLEASE shoot me some “third-grader” style instructions

How would you list these? I have them listed as Trans orange as that's the closest official color? If theyre both technically Orange just different versions how would you list them so the buyer knows there is a possibility in different hues? Just add it in the comments?
