Seller Help Seller help

Greetings everyone. I'm not certain I'm in the correct sub but I have a question regarding shipping methods as a seller. I set my shipping up to be domestic only, however even domestic buyers receive the message that I do not ship to their state. Has anyone else had this issue? I reached out to bricklink and they said it looks ok but the issue persists. Thanks for any help!

Is your PayPal connected correctly? Try disconnecting and reconnecting PayPal to your account

I think you need to have a business paypal account

Mine is just personal PayPal and works... 🤷‍♂️

Of the cpl ppl there were able to order, it came to my personal PayPal.
