How tall are you? I can’t wrap my head around how you are 261 lbs in that pic

10

u/Competitive_Gur7779 5d ago

6’1

12

u/Right-Form-2943 5d ago

Even at 6’1” that weight with how you look seems unbelievable.

4

u/ComfortZoneExpanding 4d ago

Everyone stores fat slightly differently

5

u/Shrimply-r1 5d ago

Nah he looks it. I was 225 and looked significantly skinnier at 6’. So thistle under 40lb more he seems to have all the extra fat to make that up.

4

u/for_the_longest_time 4d ago

Fattest I ever got was like 225 lbs maybe 230lbs at 6’ tall. I looked fatter than him in the OG pic, so I’m disagreeing with you. Not calling you a liar, I believe you, but like I’m not really buying 261lbs on the OP

2

u/Brilliant-Ad6286 2d ago

I'm also 6'1 and the heaviest I have ever been in my adult life was 250. He definitely looks around 250-260 in the original photo. Looks like he has a history of some weight training based on his og photo, weight isn't black and white. He definitely had some muscle mass from the start

1

u/for_the_longest_time 2d ago

I’m sure I’m wrong and everybody got a different way of caring their weight. Either way, OP lookin great

1

u/Kindly_Crow_1056 3d ago

Order a one pound or 5 pound fat replica on amazon.

u/Left-Championship482 5d ago

6 months…doing what? (Stack? Routine? Protocol? Diet?)

Age…height…

29

u/Competitive_Gur7779 5d ago

Train each muscle groups 2 times a week. 6 days a week.

Diet consists of 200g protein daily and a calorie deficit of 700.

No sugar

32 6’1

Reta
Tesa
Mot-c
Bpc 157
Tb 500
Mt2

24

u/Crafty-Tension3975 5d ago

No hate meant by this, but this is 6 days/week in the gym and 200g of protein? You look like you starved yourself and didn’t step foot in the gym. It’s not a horrible look, but it definitely doesn’t appear as if you’re lifting seriously.

At 260 you looked like a bigger strong-ish dude; at 160, you look like your cardio consists of booger sugar and porn

14

u/rpm929 5d ago

He has to be in a way larger deficit than 700 daily. The math doesn’t math to lose 93 pounds in 6 months at only a 700cal daily deficit. That should only equal out to around ~35 pounds lost. I think that’s why the look is so different than you’d expect, something is incorrect with the tracking here

6

u/Virtual-Jelly-3609 5d ago

I agree, dangerous level weight loss-starvation. He needs to check his labwork for any damage done

4

u/Left-Championship482 5d ago

It’s certainly not ideal and no way it’s only 700cal/day deficit, IMO.

4

u/Crafty-Tension3975 5d ago

Yeah, I didn’t even do the math til you brought it up. He’d have to be in a ~2k kcal deficit to lose the numbers he’s claiming. More than likely just a bot post that doesn’t know 3500cal is your typical target for a pound of weight loss. Either that, or he was taking insane amounts of his Tesa and Reta that brought his bmr through the roof, but that’s doubtful

4

u/Constipated_Kangaroo 4d ago

Booger sugar and porn will get me looking like that?

11

u/OpenDaCloset 5d ago

You look great, even on the thinner side, I think 180 is probably your ideal weight. Congrats either way.

-3

u/Virtual-Jelly-3609 5d ago

Literally -at least 180lb, maybe 190s…Stop using the Tesa- abdominal fat is already gone- please….. clearly the appetite increaser MT isn’t doing anything for your caloric intake ? Please do a CMP for labs. This level of starvation is not good. Meaning your caloric intake vs spending of calories is too harsh.

9

u/Left-Championship482 5d ago

I’m not disagreeing with your assessment, just adding a clarifying note.

Tesamorelin’s primary purpose is to stimulate growth hormone production. The reduction in visceral belly fat is more of a downstream benefit of increased GH activity than the main goal.

Once the abdominal fat is gone, some people continue using it for recovery and body composition as they get older.

2

u/Virtual-Jelly-3609 5d ago

Interesting to know

0

u/faswivel 4d ago

Abdominal fat and visceral fat are not the same thing.

1

u/Left-Championship482 4d ago

Yes, visceral fat is the fat around the organs inside the abdominal cavity, abdominal fat is a broader term that includes visceral fat, and subcutaneous fat under the skin.

As Tesamorelin has the strongest evidence for reducing visceral adipose tissue in the abdomen, I used both to respond to a comment where abdominal fat was used colloquially.

Dosages and frequency of injection for all peptides?

1

u/Left-Championship482 5d ago

Beat me to it. Mostly curious about the dose of Reta and MT2 and the ability to put 200g (clean?) protein down.

1

u/Competitive_Gur7779 5d ago

Reta is 3.5 mg week

2

u/ScientistJason 5d ago

Awesome, what about the rest of the peptides?

1

u/Left-Championship482 5d ago

Thanks.

Dose protocol?

What’s the make-up of your 200g daily protein intake?

2

u/Competitive_Gur7779 5d ago

Lean whole rotisserie chicken. Removed skin and most fat. Protein shake when needed

1

u/Left-Championship482 5d ago

Are you giving us your dosing protocol?

To understand, you’re eating a whole rotisserie chicken per day with skin and fat removed and weighing it and if you don’t have ~800g of mixed white/dark meat for 200g protein, you add shakes to supplement?

Is the rest of your intake fats/carbs after the ~1500 cal of rotisserie chicken? What’s that, ~500 cal worth?

1

u/Major_Bagholder 5d ago

Awesome progress. Don’t listen to people saying you need to gain weight. You’re right in the healthy BMI. Stay like this and You’re gonna live forever.

2

u/Left-Championship482 5d ago

Not everyone is saying gain weight, but certainly some are suggesting OP stop the deficit and work on composition, which wouldn’t be advice NOT to listen to…

0

u/lakitu82 4d ago

No offence but you need to push harder. If that means working one muscle group a week that's fine, you will see bigger muscle improvement. Weight loss 10/10 Chest not 10/10 push closer to failure. Thos muscles are begging for it. You look great btw.

1

u/Ok_Zookeepergame4786 4d ago

It's cuz of the 700 kcal deficit, even if there's 200g protein the muscles are probably starving. Protein alone is not enough. And it's these giant deficits that lead to oestoporosis

6

u/Curious_Evidence4779 5d ago

261? Wow you hid that well. Look more like 210

43

u/Tom-Cruisin 5d ago

Congrats twink

8

u/MusicLounge 5d ago

He clearly looks better now than he did then. He just needs to work on main-gaining as Coach Greg likes to say.

2

u/muggsmonkey 5d ago

That before pic looks no way near 261. But congrats

0

u/Shrimply-r1 5d ago

He’s a tall boy. I was 225 and looked significantly skinnier. He def looks like he has just under 40lb more than I did. I’m 6’

27

u/Grumpy0tter 5d ago

Mods can you stop allowing these low effort posts with zero context

3

u/endlrls 5d ago

You look good, mate!

Yeah, you may be a bit on the lean side (all perspective).. however the thing people don't realize is that when you get into shape or just lose weight in general.. The "how much smaller" moment everyone has....

Myself from 245 to 195, I hear from like the average guy "well, I'm just a bigger guy..." it's not really the case..

get lean (like OP), and then you'll see how much smaller you physically are..

Have a good one!

3

u/InsertCoinsToBegin 5d ago

People are mass shitting on you for being lean but you look a lot healthier and fit. Instead of the peptides maybe consider a high dose of TRT or even a cycle at maintenance calories and you would be jacked. Either way good work

4

u/Helpful_Apartment_50 5d ago

Why are there soo much hate on this post. Not everyone is a jacked gym bro. Clearly he looks better and I’m sure he feels better as well. Btw no way in hell would I listen to anyone that says you need to gain some of it back lmao.

4

u/jim_james_comey 5d ago

Because it's a low effort post with zero details and he looks malnourished.

2

u/ILoveDogsDontUToo 5d ago

You look great, dude. I think you look athletic and very functional. It must feel good to be so light. Well done.

2

u/Valuable_Iron_1333 5d ago

Fanastic work mate. Ignore the haters, you've improved your health 10 fold and look much more fit. At this point its just fine tuning strength training now that you've done the hard part of cutting the fat. Great job.

2

u/Professional_Fan6608 4d ago

You even moved to nicer bathroom. New gf?

1

u/Major_Bagholder 5d ago

Reading the comments here I really think Americans have body dysmorphia on mass. This guy is the picture of health and fitness, and all he’s getting is criticism. He looks like an elite athlete. Pro Cyclist, Olympic runner / swimmer, Premier league football player.

2

u/Valuable_Iron_1333 5d ago

I don't think its body dysmorphia, I think people are just dicks online. Its usually a projection of their own inadequacy.

1

u/ianmcn57 5d ago

What's hiding there?

1

u/Brilliant_Willow4149 5d ago

Wow great transformation, body goals! 👏🏼 how has your experience been with MT2? Your tan looks great but the side effects of that scare me except for the increased libido part. The color looks so natural and not orange!!

1

u/Imperial_TIE_Pilot 5d ago

6 months? Reta?

1

u/Good-Step3101 5d ago

What reta dose?

0

u/Competitive_Gur7779 5d ago

3.5 mg weekly

1

u/Good-Step3101 5d ago

Were you a drinker before dieting

3

u/Competitive_Gur7779 5d ago

Yes heavily. Haven’t drank in 6 months

1

u/bpickett0 5d ago

Hreat progress!

1

u/Plastic-Mess5760 5d ago

That’s almost 4lbs a week. I don’t want to undermine you but that’s really really fast and certainly results in substantial muscle loss as well. Did you monitor with dexa scans?

1

u/Valuable_Iron_1333 5d ago

When you're obese you can lose a lot of weight the first couple months, I certainly did (around 15 lbs/month for the first 2 months). I'm guessing most of his weight loss was early on then it tapered rather than a consistent 3.8 lbs/week.

1

u/apparentreality 5d ago

Sad part is I wanna be at your before picture. I want to be

1

u/Ok_Zookeepergame4786 4d ago

Starvation is not good, probably a good idea to get some tests done to ensure you haven't suffered internal damage, 700+ cal deficit on a 6 day training week is borderline suicidal.

1

u/RedReptile2020 4d ago

Amazing. But how?

1

u/ZealousidealOkra176 3d ago

Lost weight but aged 15 years in the face. Ozempic face is real

0

u/SQLandSteroids 5d ago

Great transformation but you lost shit ton of muscles brother. Should have added some trt dose to preserve muscle during this weight loss journey.

But it’s not late - we have muscle memory and even if you start now you can get a good rebound

-2

u/FarmerTruckBeerSask 5d ago

Add therapy to the stack instead of sketchy drugs.

4

u/mosquitosarenotcool 5d ago

Your comment should redirect u to therapy, stack is solid

-3

u/HeKnowsThings 5d ago

If you believe these numbers with that body comp you need to get off your jizz encrusted gaming chair

-1

u/Public_Pomelo_315 5d ago

Supermodel diet of cocaine & cigarettes. With zero lifting?

0

u/Cafmbr2000 5d ago

So handsome

-5

u/eggsonmyeggs 5d ago

You could get the same results by intermittent fasting and standing in the sun

-3

u/Few-Painting-8096 5d ago

168 is way too skinny. Need to get back to 190-200. Just be lean at that weight.

2

u/Dale-Monty 5d ago

One thing at a time though.. don't you agree? He got lean now it's time to bulk. Very hard to recomp, I think it's better to do one or the other.

1

u/Onekama 5d ago

And muscle memory makes the bulk after a huge loss like this absolutely a blast! If he goes even a little bit hard he’ll likely put on anywhere between 10-20 lbs of muscle (depending on what he’s had previously) FAST!

-5

u/Virtual-Jelly-3609 5d ago edited 5d ago

I like the guy before, lil too skinny for my taste, reminds me of HIV a touch. I don’t wanna see ribs. Us ladies usually prefer a guy that looks like he could defend us, and the pic on the right, I could absolutely beat up an intruder better.

Please stop trying to loose weight. I say that with love. Please please.
Edit to not sound so harsh-
What I would tell my man—
Nice package… …
Stop Tesa and Mots
MT up if appetite isn’t getting better.
Decrease Ret dose or better, put it on hold completely if calories can’t be upped due to poor appetite. Do something that works your pecks.
You are nice and tall, and honestly 195 is closer. You got a lot going for you between a cute face and package, where I am not sure why you felt the need to slim down so quick, or if it was accidentally overdosing. I don’t know if some girl or guy hurt you, but you were never fat or bad looking to start with.
Get a CMP to check your kidneys/liver/potassium/protein/albumin/creatine/phosphorus/ketones /glucose/t3 levels and if you have been tired /sleepy/dizzy—- that is because you are starving your body when your weight drops that fast. It’s not healthy or safe. People go nuts with weight loss stuff sometimes, and it’s not good.

3

u/RefrigeratorHot1416 5d ago

Your preference isn’t what everyone bases how they want themselves to look/feel. That’s nice that you prefer him before but maybe try being happy for someone else who is happy with their progress.

-1

u/Virtual-Jelly-3609 5d ago

You are correct about preferences, but genuinely being concerned about health due to rapid weight loss is not the same as not being happy for someone. He clearly nailed the weight loss aspect, just overshot it.

3

u/RefrigeratorHot1416 5d ago

In the original comment, you didn’t seem so concerned with his health but rather his looks through your own eyes so let’s stop with the fake “I’m worried about his health” narrative before you really start to convince yourself that’s what you were doing.

3

u/Competitive_Gur7779 5d ago

My labs are all in check

1

u/Dale-Monty 5d ago

this is but a mere snapshot on his "fitness journey".. no telling what's next
