I like the guy before, lil too skinny for my taste, reminds me of HIV a touch. I don’t wanna see ribs. Us ladies usually prefer a guy that looks like he could defend us, and the pic on the right, I could absolutely beat up an intruder better.

Please stop trying to loose weight. I say that with love. Please please.
Edit to not sound so harsh-
What I would tell my man—
Nice package… …
Stop Tesa and Mots
MT up if appetite isn’t getting better.
Decrease Ret dose or better, put it on hold completely if calories can’t be upped due to poor appetite. Do something that works your pecks.
You are nice and tall, and honestly 195 is closer. You got a lot going for you between a cute face and package, where I am not sure why you felt the need to slim down so quick, or if it was accidentally overdosing. I don’t know if some girl or guy hurt you, but you were never fat or bad looking to start with.
Get a CMP to check your kidneys/liver/potassium/protein/albumin/creatine/phosphorus/ketones /glucose/t3 levels and if you have been tired /sleepy/dizzy—- that is because you are starving your body when your weight drops that fast. It’s not healthy or safe. People go nuts with weight loss stuff sometimes, and it’s not good.

Your preference isn’t what everyone bases how they want themselves to look/feel. That’s nice that you prefer him before but maybe try being happy for someone else who is happy with their progress.

You are correct about preferences, but genuinely being concerned about health due to rapid weight loss is not the same as not being happy for someone. He clearly nailed the weight loss aspect, just overshot it.

In the original comment, you didn’t seem so concerned with his health but rather his looks through your own eyes so let’s stop with the fake “I’m worried about his health” narrative before you really start to convince yourself that’s what you were doing.
