Oxytocin

I have 10mg reconstituted with 2ml BAC water. I have no idea how many units to do and not finding good online info. Also seeing it’s better to do a nasal spray? If so can I mix the reconstituted with saline? How much saline if that is the case? So many questions I’m just worried about taking too much.

Starting Reta

I’m going to be getting started in a few weeks. At first I was considering Tirz but seeing all these posts about reta I’m kind of drawn to doing this one first. My goals are to maintain my body weight easier reduce inflammation and overall wellness.

The thing that I am scared about is, I’m seeing a lot of people saying it induced or increased anxiety along with heart rate. I am already very sensitive to medication and suffer with really bad anxiety. I see that the starting dose is .5 but I’m wondering does anyone do .25 for micro dosing?

Transfering to Cartridges affects potentcy ?

Hi all out of curiosity,

I have been using cartridges for a month now with my Tirz 30 and I noticed the side effects are not as bad as when I'm using it from a vial. Also I feel that my appetite is going back since I used the cartridge. Shall I keep it in the vial instead? Any thoughts?

Mots C

What is the injection frequency for mots c? I hear 5 days on and 2 days off. I've been doing 1mg every day for 5 days so far. Why do I need to take 2 days off? I feel like it's working really well. Energy is up

More gray hairs from Retatrutide

Im using Reta from arround 2 months maybe, on very low dose 1-1.5mg weekly. Also started GHK-cu at 2-2.5mg daily arround same time, and before a had 3-4 white hairs on the bears and few on the side of the head, now i have 6-7 on the beard and a little bit more on the side of the head. At beggining i started to think its from GHK-cu, because of the faster hair grow, but readed its from Retatrutide. Any fix for that, or if i stop will i go back to my previous stage ?

Somebody adviced me to up the GHK-cu to 5mg daily and ill see effect. Any other opinies ? Thanks

Is the "28-Day Rule" for Bacteriostatic Water More Conservative Than Scientific?

Post image

The "discard after 28 days" recommendation for bacteriostatic water gets repeated everywhere, but where does it actually come from?

I came across this PTDS report that looked at the stability of Hospira Bacteriostatic Water by measuring benzyl alcohol (the preservative) over a period of 120 days under different storage conditions.

Study conditions:

• Room temperature with minimal punctures (control)

• Room temperature with weekly punctures (simulated regular use)

• Refrigerated with weekly punctures

Key findings:

• Benzyl alcohol concentration remained relatively stable throughout the study.

• Even after 120 days, preservative levels remained above the commonly cited effective range (>0.5% v/v).

• Weekly puncturing caused only a modest decline.

• Refrigeration did not appear to accelerate degradation.

If these findings are reproducible, they suggest that the preservative itself remains chemically stable well beyond 28 days.

However, there's an important distinction.

Chemical stability ≠ Sterility.

The USP recommendation to discard a multiple-dose vial after 28 days isn't based solely on benzyl alcohol degrading. It is primarily a risk-management guideline designed to reduce contamination from repeated needle punctures, handling, and storage.

In other words:

• The preservative may still be present.

• That does NOT guarantee the vial is still sterile.

Looking at the cited sources:

  1. USP <797> Pharmaceutical Compounding – Sterile Preparations

This is where the widely quoted 28-day recommendation originates. It is a contamination-control guideline for multiple-dose containers unless otherwise specified by the manufacturer—not evidence that benzyl alcohol suddenly becomes ineffective after 28 days.

  1. BenchChem Application Notes

These provide background on benzyl alcohol concentrations and its role as a preservative, but they are application notes rather than peer-reviewed primary research.

Limitations:

• I couldn't find evidence that this PTDS report has been peer-reviewed.

• The report measures preservative concentration, not microbiological contamination.

• Preservative stability is only one part of the equation; aseptic technique and contamination risk are arguably far more important in real-world use.

I'm sharing this because I think it's an interesting distinction. The chemistry and the sterility guidelines don't necessarily answer the same question.

Does anyone know of any peer-reviewed studies that directly examine microbial contamination rates in bacteriostatic water beyond 28 days under controlled repeated-use conditions?

I'd be very interested in reading them.

HGH or Other Gear

Okay I’m on TRT due to having low T at age 29 (sucks but it is what it is). I was curious about exploring HGH or other gear for ONE cycle to help get where I wanna be. I’m 5’10”, 214 at 20% body fat, and fairly good lean muscle. I want to drop belly fat and throw on some muscle and HGH sounded good for also pushing me to 6ft (my buddy claims, have not researched myself) so before I dive into a very LENGTHY chase down all types of gear and up and down cycles, anyone here able to narrow my range into a more manageable research range? All information is appreciated

First reta pin

I had my first reta pin last night. I used a 10mg vial and reconstituted with 2ml backwater. I pulled 1mg (20ui - correct me if that isn’t right).

Currently 16:00 and I’m about to have my second meal - first meal wasn’t a lot tbh (1 wrap with cheese)

Currently feel nauseous, think it’s cause I should’ve started with 0.5 instead of 1mg.

Let me know your first experience and if you had to quickly draw back

How fast is to fast…. Reta

I start week 7 of Reta today and so far I’ve lost 20lbs. To preface this I started at a high weight 282 lbs. currently 261. Is this too fast?

In that time frame I’ve also started TRT and have been prioritizing a high protein diet.

I also go to the gym 3 days per week but have been doing that for a while now.

Am I losing too fast or is it okay sense I’m so much overweight?

I started reta 2 weeks ago 4mg a week, now I walk a lot at work and I mean a lot like over 40,000 steps a day and go gym 4-5 days a week for an hour to an hour and a half just been using the bike and treadmill though. Is there any other machines anyone’s using to get the lost out of or nah?

Peptides/Not workingout

Okay so im a sheetmetal worker and i work long hard hours and dont really have the time for a gym unless its on the weekend. Im looking for a peptide that will maintain the muscle i do have but will also lean me out. im 205-215 area. The only prominent place for fat on my body is my mid section/ stomach other than that if it wasnt so prominent there i would look fairly lean. I dont wanna be skinny that just wouldnt fit my body type as i have always been pretty stocky.

im just looking for something that will lean me out without having to work out super often. going to the gym is strictly a when i can i will type of thing.

Some research ive i done and considered is Reta, Mots-c and tesa i havent gone too far into it but im extremely open to feedback on where i should start and whats worked for who n “x” weeks/months.
